Breakfast was not attractive and no coffee

They built a beautiful hotel in a great spot. Rooms are well appointed good sized rhe bathroom and decor are extremely well done. Staff they need to train their staff. I havent seen worse staff than this hotel with advertised parking and advised time of arrival we had to drive around in circles and then drag bags through streets Noone even at the front door to take bags. No training. No respect for hotel guests untrained staff knocks on the door at 2 am with a DND sign on to take signatures for a pizza ordered at 10:30pm waking us up. Breakfast is garbadge low quality rubbish and morning staff is also poorly trained to run breakfast service. A good property mismanaged to the max

We had problem with wifi in the rooms. Rooms could be cleaner, especially floor under beds.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and beautifully designed. The food was excellent! There’s a bit of music from nearby venues outside, but once you close the window, you can’t hear a thing. We slept very well — the bed was comfortable, and the overall interior design was lovely. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English.

Unique and Comfortable

It has a nice vintage style, in the heart of the old area of Batumi.. Perfect location near to everything.. Perfect cleanness.. Hotel facilities are well maintained.. Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Excellent breakfast!

The crew was very friendly, they took care of every request we had. From questions regards the breakfast, food order, room service, and external services - I've celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel, my wife order a birthday cake, and they made the order, delivery and came singing birthday songs with balloons and the ordered cake, at 00:00 exactly as my wife asked them. Room services and cleaning services were amazing for us, as we just tagged the room button for clean-up and they took care of everything, changing the sheets, bathroom Accessories, towels, shower soup. they even put the Rose we bought in a water glass without us thinking about it. Bartenders were extremely patient and polite.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely beautiful — both in appearance and in the way they treated guests. I also had an important work call on the day of our departure and needed to extend our stay by two extra hours. The hotel team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to hold a conference call in a comfortable setting. Their support made a big difference and allowed me to focus on my work without any stress. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality!

The hotel is in the right place, close to almost everything. Clean and tidy, service-oriented approach of the service providers. We stayed for two nights with a very tasty breakfast. Tastefully decorated rooms. We went to visit family in Tbilisi from 7-9/4 and are returning to the hotel again from 10-14/4. Simply an amazing hotel.
