Great location in old Batumi, everything is accessable in walking distance. Friendly staff. We were in December. Room was warm and clean. Special points for water pressure ?. მადლობა მასპინძლობისთვის.

Helpful staff and location

Old bathroom, almost zero cleaning

A very clean and pleasant hotel located within walking distance of many good restaurants and close to Europe square and the beach. AC was very pleasant to have in such hot weather and the balcony was a real plus!

Exceptional

The room was cozy and clean, location is perfect We booked the hotel because it had breakfast, when we came the lady said there is no breakfast and it was written somewhere, but we didn’t find anywhere and our booking was with breakfast. I guess the hotel does not have breakfast off season, because the breakfast place is outside.

Very good hotel for its cost at an ideal location. Nice personnel who can help you solve any issues and give advice on local restaurant / help with arranging car-travels around Batumi with a guide.

Hotel is in great location in center of the old town. Walking distance from most attractions and the beach. Due to its location place is vibrant and busy but not too noisy. Staff is very helpful and nice in approach. Good AC needed in summer weather. Room we had was huge, a lot of space. Very comfy beds. Hotel needs some minor repairs but nothing major. It is very depends which room you have.

Quiet location in the old town. The bad thing is that there is an unfinished house with homeless people and mosquitoes nearby. Bad bed.

The room was spacious, with all the necessary furniture for a tourist The hotel staff was very nice and helpful There was no mosquito net, I had to kill mosquitoes before sleeping

Location is great,next to all main attractions. Room was clean. Shower head was broken and there was someone's slippers under the sink. There was previous guest's used water bottle on the table. Mattress was uncomfortable so that I could feel the springs. Ac didn't work properly and was loud.

Hotel is in really good place. From balcony we could see arch tower. It seems like hotel after some kind of renovation. There was everything you need to spend a night. It would be nice to have an option pay by card. After late flight if you don't have Laris, this could cause some problems for exchanging currency.

Free parking means you park on the street, there is no parking lot. Our room was a bit small for two so if you plan to spend more than one day in Batumi, choose a bigger one. The rest was good, cannot complain about cleaness & breakfast.

Affordable, close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, easy check-in, helpful staff, my room had a balcony with a city view. The staff quickly/professionally credited a double charge on my credit card. All good.

Exceptional

Great location in the old town, all stores and restaurants is nearby. There will be an additional fee if you pay by card. If you like quietness, take a room overlooking the courtyard (but I recommend the noisy street). Router on each floor, but you have to get out of bed for better WiFi signal.

The staff was very attentive. They helped us a lot. We requested early check-in and they helped us without any additional charge. The location was very good, the balcony was large and useful. There is no elevator in the building.

The hotel owners are very nice and give a very good feeling Everything was really great for me
