Excellent seaside location. the property is very dirty and poorly maintained. Towels had dried blood on them, not very hygienic, the toilet seat was broken, so was the shower door.

View from the room is very good. All the facilities are given in this apartment and stay is comfortable. Place is neat and clean. House owner is really helpful. Much recommended to other travellers.

Facilities and cleanliness was top notch. Host timur was vey welcoming and he also picked us from airport and made early morning arrangements for early checkout and drop us at railway station. Stay was comfortable Location was but out of center to be honest but with bolt and yandex you can easily reach to the center

The room was spacious. The room had no water at night. The taps were running dry. When notified to the owner, he said he can't do anything as it's not in his control. There was no radiator in the room to beat the cold. The location is not good, it's far from the happening places like European Square or the Ali-Nino statue.

The room and staff were fantastic. For the same price, I previously stayed in Orbi City, 300 metres from the current apartment, and it was simply horrible. Here, everything is clean and in good condition, and the bathroom has toiletries and a full set of towels. Highly recommended!

4 of us chose to stay together. The host offered us separate rooms for the same price, which was better than we expected. We were from Azerbaijan ??
