Bad smell near the elevator

All more than perfect

The staff is very friendly and mostly competent.We didn't use the pool -the sea is about 180 meters from the hotel. The food we ate for breakfast was fresh and delicious. The quality of vegetables, juices and various sorts of cheese is perfect. In our opinion, the location of Sheraton is excellent, very attractive park zones, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as some tourist attractions. The smell of cigarettes/tobacco on the 18th floor, where we stayed.

The bedroom is accepteble The service at the reception was good only when tbe manager intervened it gets slightly better other staff are not friendly and almost not respectful At the breakfast waitresses and egg station staff are arrogant and rude. Also cleaning of table is not acceptable many times. The hotel is getting old a definitely need full renovation or refurbishing for the price that we paid it is not supported.

Everything but mostley the pool

The swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. A special thank you to the lady working there, who was constantly cleaning and organizing the area with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The reception staff were polite and helpful, although they often seemed very tired. They spend long hours standing throughout the day, and I believe the property should provide chairs for them. From a human perspective, it is difficult and unreasonable for employees to remain standing for so many hours without the opportunity to sit and rest occasionally. We arrived at 11:00 AM and had requested early check-in the day before, but received no response. Upon arrival, we were told that early check-in was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 PM, but we only received it at 3:50 PM. This was especially difficult as we had been traveling all night with our 6-year-old child and were very tired. The room was not very clean. The carpet and furniture had visible stains, and although the bed linens were washed, they still had marks on them. Housekeeping only made the bed, emptied the trash, and changed towels. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and did not seem to be properly cleaned.

Everything was very well organized, modern, and maintained to a high standard. There was also a pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing – diverse, delicious, and offered a great variety of options every day. The service was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel also has a casino, which was excellent and added to our overall experience. In addition, the restaurant on the top floor was fantastic – the food was delicious, and we really enjoyed dining there. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is situated in a great central area, close to everything and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batumi. We would definitely love to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ That we had to leave :)

My stay at the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s facilities — especially the swimming pool, fitness club, and relaxation areas — were exceptionally well maintained and provided a very enjoyable experience. At the check-out they charged me twice by mistake.My mood was ruined.No one apologized.They told me to come tomorrow morning and solve my problem.They next day next day the administration promised to solve the problem with payment .But I still haven’t received my money.No one contacted me

The location, cleanness, luxury

One 9f the bestbhotels in Batumi. Near the seaside, good location, clean, seaview, comfort bed and linen, in rooms enough space. Some guests cant keep quiet and noice is coming through, especially at night. Loudspeaking, loughing and shooting doors from other guests at night is bothering sometimes.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location and super attentive staff. I was traveling with my mama and aunts – three ladies with many needs due to their age. We arrived after midnight and I was so pleasantly surprised that all my requests from the emails were already taken care of, without any delays or forgetfulness. A big thank you to Aleksandra – you are truly one of the best front office managers I’ve ever met. From all our family, we really appreciate your kindness, understanding, and the special attention you gave to the older generation.
