Advantages: + Hotel is rather small, situated in a separate building, only 3-4 rooms on each floor (only a handful of guests) + Rooms are very quiet, well isolated from the street noise + Our room had a balcony, where you can have a late night beer + The staff was very friendly and helpful + Location is great, various grocery stores and a mall nearby, beach is also quite close + The room was quite spacious and comfy - Breakfast could use some variety (no cereals or muesli); we often come by the end of breakfast time and sometimes there would be no fried eggs and basic stuff by that time. Coffee machine would also be nice, instant coffee is not that good. - While the rooms are well isolated from the street noise the same cannot be said about inside hotel noise - people going by the stairs speaking loudly could possibly ruin your sleep, noises penetrate the door easily - All power sockets in the bedroom are behind the beds' headboards, you cannot insert anything there. Another socket is blocked by the bed because it's located below bed level. We had to charge all our devices in the living room (and for that we had to turn off the kitchen, the TV, the fridge to free the sockets). - There was a unpleasant odor of stale water in the bathroom, but it usually got away when we turned on the shower. - No bottled drinking water in the room (but you can buy some at the reception and you have drinkable tap water in the bathroom)

Great place in Batumi. The breakfast was delicious. Also the administrator of the hotel was really helpful and dedicated ❤️

Staff don’t speak English, no phones in the room (if an emergency occurs while you’re in the room, good luck). TV with only local channels, limited and repeated breakfast dishes, staff does not show any willingness to help. Rusty racks in the bathrooms:(

Nice place in nice location. We paid for a room for three people but we get just two bedding. We mention it, but they did not fix it, so we was lack of one bedding and towel. It is very annoying!
