The location was great- we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is the best . There is old staff who was very polite and helpful They don't clean/service the apartments. We had to manage the garbage disposal on our own everyday, They don't change the towels either. The owner was rude, we had a problem with the booking but he didn't wanted to listen at all. The air conditioners had a very special trick, it turns on only when windows and doors are fully closed but you have learn this, to know the accuracy

2 bedroom apartment was bigger and better than we expect. Great location in centrum near trainstation and lake. 2 balconys with a nice views to lake and mountains. Friendly staff.
