Its location, parking, facilities in general Room very small !

friendly & helpful staff at check in. Comfy room; safe secure parking although a little difficult to find. breakfast was expensive, we were asked to pay extra on top of the room; the breakfast buffet was small - not many items to choose from so we did not bother to eat it & therefore did not pay. The hotel bar & restaurant were not open when we were there.

Sure, roombwas small, but we stayed only for one night. They have larger rooms on request, but it was not needed as we stayed only one one night AHsin, location was perfect.

We stayed to go to rugby match. Hotel is very close to ground and town.

Clean and comfortable room. Everything seemed new and renovated. The location is close to the cinema which is why we chose it, and it's a short walk to the center. The staff were really nice and welcoming.

No heating, no working air conditioning, no insulation, no soundproofing. Could hear a nearby party (?) until 5:30 in the morning, and then a bunch of people yelling outside for an hour or so.

Great location to downtown. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The exercise room is very small and needs work. The staff told me that there is a plan to update and enlarge it.

Great hotel in a fantastic location with secure parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Perfect for visiting this wonderful city. Close to restaurants and visitor attractions.

Although the AC of our room did not work, good wrather made our stay pleasant.

windows and view over river. kettle in room. my room was dirty with hair all over floors and bedding from previous guest. shower had a drain issue that they were aware of, yet still put me in that room in a hotel that was not full at all.
