Location , historical charm. Be aware there’s no elevator if you have luggage, it’s an old historic building ( not negative, just to be aware off). Limited breakfast and breakfast hours.

Host was very kind, made a really nice little breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, nice, and spacious. Great location, short walk to shops.
-
a bit too small, toilet facilities quite basic

Everything was great!
-
Location was fabulous, street parking easy. Great restaurants nearby, and nice breakfast included in price Many stairs
-
The stairs were not appropriate for older people and I would suggest dangerous
-
Location - breakfast included Expensive by comparison with hotels we have stayed in en route. Facilities a bit sparse and lacking information.

The hotel is located in the historical center, you have a studio and a nice breakfast is included at the ground floor. The self-check in is very effective and comfortable. The room is as described and big, despite the cold weather (0 degrees) it was warm and cozy. Shampoo/Conditioner could be a plus. Despite the announcement say there is a parking there is not, you can park on the street or at the municipality parking as kindly suggested by the owner.

It would have been nice to have shampoo in the shower. And the towels were a little thin. But we made do in both cases.

Difficult to use the coffe-machine and the refrigerator was not switched on when we arrived. We arrived very late, and left very early the day after (off to St Jean Pied de Port and a pilgrimage). These two items were important to us.
-
Comfortable bed, spacious room, Communication was poor, dragging heavy suitcases up 3 flights of winding stairs was very challenging, coffee machine didn't work (needed descaling), no milk provided, appliances were unplugged and power points were behind the fridge in the wardrobe, fridge stopped working on second day, sensor lights came on constantly throughout the night from movement outside the front door, winter Doona was inappropriate for the weather, sheets were torn and didn't fit the mattress, old pillow case starting to get holes
-
The timing for the automatic switches and taos was too short
-
Excellent location Very clean We loved walking around the city The hostesses was very helpful Fan did not work on wall
-
Beautiful light room with great design features. Location was fantastic, close to everything in the old town and Norbert gave us a warm welcome each morning. A place full of character .

The location was perfect, very lovely small hotel. The host was nice too. The breakfast was a bit poor and no elevator in the building, but the host was super accommodating.

The guest house couldn't be better situated for exploring Bayonne on foot! It is right in the centre just a minute away from the main streets, and a few minutes from the River Nive and the bars and restaurants along its banks. Our room (2B) was spacious, very light and decorated in an uncluttered, modern way. There was a microwave oven and a kettle in the cupboard. The bed was very comfortable, which was a huge plus. The taps and shower are on a movement-detecting sensor, and also the light in the toilet (separate from the bathroom). A good breakfast was served every morning by the host - a whole French stick, with butter, jam, yogurt, and tea or coffee, and also cereal for the kids. The light in the toilet kept turning off after 10 seconds or so. I intended to mention it to the host, but forgot. The staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor would be better with another safety rail.

Great location. Friendly staff. Lots of space in the rooms. Great local advice (eg on parking, things to do, …). Automatic lights are a hassle. Breakfast is good, can be great with more salty options (cheese, ham, eggs, …).
