Location Views Terrace Breakfast room Food Poor lighting in hallways, too long for auto lights to turn on

Clean place with pleasant staff. Bathroom was a bit...unique and challenging. It was quite small and the decorative design wall pushed into the sleeping sitting area where one could hit their head.
-
location, design, clean room too small and bathroom door could not be closed/latched from inside. It is really a room for one person.

Due to this, I checked out early in the morning to find another hotel where I could sleep. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for my stay. Thank you for your understanding. AC and the recipations attitude

Spaciousness of the room. Helpfulness of staff. Availability of fresh fruit. The open quality of the club room. The games, the books, the newspapers and magazines. There was only one coffee cup in our room and only 1 coffee pod when we arrived but the team gave us more (there were two of us). There weren't enough snack options for people with nut allergies (I could only eat the fruit). There was no decaf coffee. The chairs on the terrace are unbelievably uncomfortable. When you sit on the chair you either slide into a lying position or activate your core so hard to stay seated it is not relaxing at all.

The room was too warm, but I'm an American so do what you want with that information.

It serves as an evening bar, a place for breakfast and a space to sit and contemplate the view of the river. The hotel is set close to an industrial area on the fringes of town. Reception is on the 9th floor so if arriving by car, as we did, it's necessary for the passenger to go to reception to obtain the key code for the underground car park then communicate it to the driver in order to raise the gate to the parking area. Views from the hotel are of traffic islands and rooftops. The bed was adequate but not super comfortable. The air conditioning was struggling to keep the room temperature down during a hot period of weather. During the night and desperate for some air we opened the window but the noise of the traffic soon encouraged us to close it again. The shower and toilet space was within the room segregated only by a glass and wooden slatted wall. This afforded both views and aromas of the other room occupant whilst they performed their ablutions.

Room, staff, parking (it was sold out), air conditioning didn’t work well, and looked junky from the outside Clean on the inside, access to coffee and snacks in The Club!

The breakfast was excellent – very diverse, delicious, and served in a really nice ambiente. The room was unfortunately disappointing: a strong and unpleasant smell (probably from the drain) and overall it was very small.

Gym was ok. This is our third OKKO hotel we have stayed and book them for travels with our puppy. Only reason I would ever stay again at Bayonne location. Restaurant wasn’t open. We travelled all day and all we wanted was simple things that was on the menu to eat at the hotel however hotel restaurant did not serve food that day. They did had a charcuterie board option available which we took being hungry but it was not pleasant to find out hotel restaurant isn’t open. They showed a fast food option across the road which isn’t something you want to eat after long travel day. Also bathroom is glass with wood cladding but you can see inside it from the bed which is a very strange design. Definitely would not want to stay in this room again. The door to it was very dangerous too, very heavy and it slammed shut and easily could hurt your hands if not handled very carefully.

El desayuno esta bueno. aunque se paga "The room is ridiculously small. There is hardly any space to hang clothes. You can't sell ecology and love for the planet when it's really just love for business profit. Wrinkles are NOT beautiful: at my grandmother's house, there were also linen and cotton sheets made from very natural materials, and they were ironed. Four-star hotels have a refrigerator in the room. The person at the reception did not properly inform us that they served appetizers and snacks, so we didn't enjoy them. Having the reception on the 9th floor and the entrance on the ground floor is inconvenient. There was only one glass in the room for two people to drink from. I will not return, neither to this hotel nor to any of the chain's hotels. I insist: minimizing expenses to gain more profit and selling it as ecology doesn't fool anyone. Not me, certainly."

Eye-opening concept, with Reception on ninth floor. Free refreshments and snacks all day. Helpful, friendly staff. High terrace and panoramic lounge. For me, the need to constantly use a card to operate the lift and access common areas felt a bit robotic, though I appreciate the security benefits. While admiring radical design in the bedroom, the slatted bathroom door was heavy enough for re-use on a Space shuttle.
