The room smelled terrible, all the surfaces were dust and dirty, floors were dirty. Would never stay here again

Having the kitchen was helpful, but there was a general funk in the room and the carpet was Really stained.

The room was clean and really well kept, it was extremely spacious too and the kitchen was amazing. The only problem we had was that the trash can in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned out and there were bodily fluids in there.

It was horrible and the fridge and air conditioner didn't work

It was absolutely disgusting. I got bedbugs and the bathroom smelled like mold. I want my money back. It was very unsafe there were people out walking around at two and 2:30 in the morning. I had a gentleman following me around to my room when I showed up the room was disgusting and the bathroom smelled really bad.

Room was disgusting… stuff rubbed all over the wall… carpet had stains and ground in bubble gum or something. The bathroom door had putty filled holes not sanded or painted. Dining room chair had food stuck to it. Headboard had little lid handprints in white nastiness.The fire alarm had electric tape over them so not sure they would be safe to rely on. We stayed bc the beds were clean (although the pillows were as flat as a pancake) and we are at a softball tournament so not choice. We also booked for a king bed and couch bed and they “over booked” and put us in a two double… my husband and I barely fit which is why we paid for a king. We have used extended stays in many cities and trusted the brand and reviews that it is clean… it was not… it clearly living situation for folks not a business long use as per typical.

Close to our granddaughter's home. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Picnic area! Nothing for the kitchen was in the room when we arrived, only two disposable plastic glasses.

Internet didn't work. Trash on walkway.

Close to activities. Staff would not change room. And we didn’t even go in the room that they originally assigned us. They said we didn’t have a good reason. The reason was that the room next to ours had the door wide open with a screen over the opening and it was a mess. It looked like the person staying there trashed the place. There was no reason why they couldn’t change our room. He just wouldn’t do it.

Management was super accommodating and very friendly. Rooms were quiet and clean. Great value in a very expensive area.

Staff were efficient and kind; I left my earrings in the room they were able to retrieve for me and return.

Ample grass for dogs GM entered my room without any authorization or justification. Then kicked us out because my dog did his job and protected his room. No prior issues or complaints. GM was disrespectful. All other staff were great.z get a new GM and teach them ADA law.
