Nice staff and clean room

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a staff member there to help with any needs or wants. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out .

We stayed for a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, everyone was friendly and priced well.

Free parking I didn't get the room I booked. 2 queen beds isn't enough for 2 adults and 3 kids, which is why I booked a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Then nonchalantly being told they don't have roll away beds like it's no big deal at all there isn't enough space for us all to sleep. Hot tub jets broken.

Each time we left our room and exited or entered the facility we were greeted with a smile.

Consistently comfortable and clean. Please hire two people to support the busy breakfast service. I have come to this hotel for years. The load of customers at breakfast requires two staff. The person who managed to provide excellent service was stretched thin by the demands of the breakfast hour.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and kept filled even during the busy time. My two main concerns were the pool was very cold and I could not figure out how to get the jets in the hot tub to work. Also, we had an electric roller shade in our room. It would not go up. Two different days the front desk said they would send someone in to fix it. It never got fixed nor did we hear if anyone even looked at it.

Close to shopping, gas and the freeway. Very quiet location and not far from the new In and Out Burger.

The front desk was so great, and the breakfast was great as well, everything made the trip worthwhile. Thank you so much

The room was clean and the staff were all EXCELLENT!! The free parking was great in Portland since almost every hotel charges for it!! The breakfast was okay just a little different set up than we are used to. It was split into two opposite sides of the dining area. The location was great and easy to find. We will definitely stay again!!
