Great location, close to shopping malls and 20 minutes walking from Tiamen square. The staff is really friendly, Alan helpped me book a car and all tickets to visit the great wall. Breakfast is really good, the room is comfortable, with a nice shower and toilet ad well. The gym could be improved.

Service was impeccable, even as an English speaker. From front counter with Ivanka when checking in, to the staff pressing the lift for you, checking if you forgot something in the room when checking out (we literally left the room 5 mins prior!) and the friendliest staff at breakfast, we loved our stay and would stay again if we were in the area. Speaking of area, there is shopping, good & drinks galore within walking distance. N/A

The location is great, Wagnfujing is just outside the door and the Forbidden City is close by. The breakfast is very good. Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well sized. Pool is nice.

The deposit should not be charged to my card after check-out. From my experience, other hotels have informed me that the deposit is not charged and is returned at check-out. This is to ensure that we are only charged for the number of nights stayed at the hotel.
