I liked the facilities, cleanliness, and staff of the property. The location.

Housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk was helpful and used translator when we didn’t understand each other. They took care of us well. The location was so sketchy, going down a small little alley way lined with scooters and covered vehicles. Our driver had to stop many times because there was no room to pass with a scooter coming from the other direction.

The breakfast was really good, the staff were so amazing and helpful, everything was clean The bathroom and shower, I feel like there shouldn’t be a huge gap between the ceiling and the door

Quiet location. Central. Clean Room was ok. Bathroom small. Nowhere to hang weeks except over toilet. People rate breakfast highly. I disagree. Was ok at best. Eggs not cooked to order ( dry old fried eggs kept warm). Bacon tough. Toaster was useless. Choice of two jams only. Croissants kept warm so were hard. Coffee machine delivered only warm coffee.

Though the room is bit small, it’s quite clean. The staff are all good, especially the front desk staff are efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is not convenient,stuck inside the HuTong, and bit far from the city centre.
