I've reviewed this hotel already, but since I stayed there twice, coming back to add a few points. The location is unbeatable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (Jessica is a real star!). They helped us make reservations for Beijing roast duck, helped us navigate the apps, and even suggested places for us to go shopping at. The only thing I'd say is that the property provides guests with plastic water bottles. It would be great to have a way of just refilling bottles instead of using single use plastic.

The location is unbeatable (very close to the subway, as well as the Forbidden palace), and the staff were extremely friendly. Jessica went out of her way to help us figure things out, including booking a car and driver for a trip to the Jinshangling section of the Great Wall. She also helped us navigate the food delivery app (MeiTuan on Alipay) on the first night when we were exhausted. The rooms are on the smaller side, but extremely comfortable, and they have everything you might need. Some people in the reviews seem to have noticed some noise, but we didn't.

The staff did not speak English but we communicated fine via translation apps. The location is excellent. Near a convenient metro station and only a 25' walk from Wangfujing Str. We liked everything but felt it was overpriced. There was also a strong odor of (I think) durian near some common areas.

The staff is very friendly. They organized a trip to the great wall and it was excellent. On the last day we got a small lunch before leaving for the airport. They also could organize a driver for the airport. They provide USB sockets and cables for charging the mobile in the rooms (if you don't care about security much, use them). The breakfast is a Chinese one but very tasty and sumptuous. When new customers arrive during the night, it is disturbing loud. The drag their suitcases and in summer you open the window and since the rooms are at ground-level, it might become loud in the middle of the night.

In a very scenic spot right in the middle of the hutongs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sadly it's not accessible.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Jessica even paid for our taxi from airport due to a alipay issue. Nice that it was in an original Hutong area. It was quite noisy due to location and thin walls. There was no fridge.

The staff were lovely helping us book a big family taxi to the Great Wall and order food on their app to be delivered to the hotel. They even made us specific meals in the restaurant. No complaints at all!

Nice place and very strategic location. Walking distance to many tourist hotspots. The front desk staffs are friendly. Many thanks to 小郑, she is very helpful in arranging transport to the Great Wall and also to the airport. She even take her off time to make sure all arrangements are in good hands.

Clean and modern, friendly staff and great location When we arrived the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes which went after a couple of days of us having the window open. I know this is probably from other guests that stayed in the room but maybe the smoking policy should be stricter

The staff were friendly. There are free drinks in the room that are refilled every day. Room cleaning provided every day. Loft studio was cosy. Good location to food and bookstores. Not a suitable place for light sleepers as the walls are thin, and was woken up by a neighbour's snoring and chatter. Smoke from neighbour's room also seeped into my room, and I made an online complaint and it was resolved the next day.
