My first time traveling in Beijing and I enjoyed my stay here so much, they offered me the best services and the whole experience is awesome ? nice staff, free breakfast, cleaning service is fantastic and I do like this hotel The door of the bathroom could not be closed properly, which is a small problem doesn’t matter that much

Nice clean room. The location is good. The hotel links to other malls via underground walkways, even it’s raining we can still enjoy shopping and yummy food in restaurants.

The staff were very helpful. By the second day, the kitchen staff remembered our tea and breakfast preferences. The room was spacious and had everything. If we wanted more of something, the staff were very accommodating and quick to respond. Everything was great! No complaints.

The room was quite spacious and the view was amazing! The buffet breakfast was really good with a wide variety of western and Asian cuisines to choose from. The pool was fantastic! There were only 4-5 people in the pool area while we were there and my daughter and her best friend enjoyed swimming for some time. We stayed here for my daughter's birthday and the staff went above and beyond when they sent a delicious strawberry birthday cake to our room! Thank you, Kerry Hotel! Will be staying here again for sure! Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

The rooms, room service, restaurant buffet, location, staff, housekeeping, state of the art gym and wellness facilities in the changing rooms, the Olympic pool, tennis court and basketball court, the outdoor rooftop running track, all of it was absolutely outstanding! Oh and did I mention level two connects to the World China Mall, a 7 levelled multi building mall where you can find almost everything including incredible restaurants with the best views of the CCTV building! The metro is super close and we caught it everywhere across the city. Oh and we loved the small touches like getting snacks, fruits, and unlimited minibar daily. Our house keepers really took care of us as well as the restaurant staff and can’t thank them enough. Absolutely nothing!
