We stayed at Granada Luxury Belek from September 9th to 12th for our honeymoon, but the service was very disappointing. When we arrived at 2 PM, our room was not ready. After waiting, we were offered another room which was still dirty, and we had to wait outside for it to be cleaned. The room was decorated for children instead of a honeymoon, and the balcony view was blocked by a wall. We finally settled in around 5 PM, losing almost a whole day. Even after sharing our experience with guest relations, nobody followed up. This is not the service of a five-star hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The food was amazing. The swimming pool is absolutely great! Nice slides for kids. We did not know the hotel had a few buildings for accommodation, and we stayed in Wonderland. Not at all as fancy as a main building, rather old. The beds weren't very comfy, though. But the room was clean. Pluspoint of staying in the Wonderland was that all the main areas were there: towel desk, snacks, swimming pool, slides. For breakfast and dinner, we had to cross the street in the underground tunnel, which was really nicely done.

Staff not friendly. Food taste not that good. Reciption very far from rooms. Restaurant also far. Not deserve the value of money paid.

The food was fantastic — the all-inclusive system made it possible to feel full and satisfied 24 hours a day. There was a great variety of dishes: gluten-free options, soups, a wide selection of fish, sweets, desserts, salads, fresh greens. The smiling and always helpful staff created an atmosphere of incredible comfort throughout our entire stay. What we "didn’t like" was that everything was so delicious, it was impossible to resist — you just had to eat! Truly, it was the best decision our family could have made, and we’re grateful to every member of the hotel staff.

Massive property, you cant get bored here… alot of things to do and variety for all age groups. Food park concept is great, u can always find something to eat - we were staying in wonderland, the music was too loud in the night from both the shows and the bar till late… really uncomfortable for kids who need to sleep - should include shrimps and good quality fish in the menu (seabream, seabass, salmon)… other all inclusive resorts have them

Almost everything was wonderful. The most polite and friendly staff ever. Comfy beds, great selection of food, drink and dessert. Great selection of fun activities. WC lights all over the resort had motion sensor timers with too short timeouts. Literally 3 seconds lasting and total darkness after that. Needed a throwing arm in the air to get the motion sensor triggered and light back on (which lasted another 3 seconds). Occurred to me in multiple public WCs not just one.

The alcoholic drinks menu needs more improvement, so bars provided some drinks while not found in another Can't find any cocktails on the beach bar The reception staff are not professional enough we have to wait more than 1 hour after 2:00 to get our rooms

Its my second time at granada resort, we loved the pool, food,i really enjoyed that they increased the activity during the day. 2 aqua slides weren’t working during our stay The DJ kept repeating same songs everyday ?

Amazing facilities, cleanliness, polite staff, lots of choice The non-stop loud music entertainment for the kids. The entertainment itself was very good but the volume of the continuous music was too loud. It was difficult to relax on the pools in peace because of the music’s volume.

The options regarding pools are extensive. We went over Easter so the pools where only starting to heat up and towards the start of the holiday too cold to really swim in comfortably for my family. My children mixed ages loved the huge choice of water slides, wave pool, splash area, entertainment in the evening which is like being at a concert. All inclusive food was very good something for everyone. Drinks where a little lacking and wine in restaurant wasn't great but you can buy a selected bottle. Indoor pool was great, size of hotel and design was beautiful. Snack bars in wonderland loved by my kids although missed the slushy one especially for kids with dairy intolerance. Cold pools off season. Should have icecreams at turquoise bar for people stationed there for the day. Slushie bar gone :(. Found evening entertainment good, but repetitive, some singing or (mock) signing would engage in between dance and acrobatics.
