The location, facilities I arrived at 2:00 the room wasn’t ready claiming that the available room is small for us and after one hours they offer me a two bedrooms in the building yet for additional cost!! When i complaint they said you booked through booking (as if it’s not their problem) they said the only available room is this if you didn’t like we don’t have any other option Knowing that with the amount i am paying i could find a better place if i knew that this what i will get!! Since i am coming from a different country with two kids i had to accept the small garden room!

Green territory, welcoming staff, nice beach are with palms. Awful beds - had feeling like sleeping in hammock. Big and hard pillows. Everything very used. Broken and old sun umbrellas by the pool. Under toilet seating looks like never cleaned. Super tight by the pool - sun-beds so close that it is hard to pass

A bit outdated building which needs an uplift but all facilities are on (indoor pool, spa, huge outdoor pools, beach bars etc) even at off-season (April). Great price value ratio. Guest relations are working perfect (thank you ms Meyra). Highly recommended. Cleaning is not at 5star hotel level (spotless) but still good enough.

Air-conditioning cooling and Minibar cooling, mosquitoes. Long distance for elderly people to reach elevators from their rooms, although the customer relations in charge was nice enough to let us use the employees elevator after two days of rejection. This elevator was next to our rooms.

The green areas around the rooms and pools are beautiful.

The trees, the scenery The service during the meals . The games was with money… And the thing that disappointed me was that the water park for kids was opened for few hours and was closed very soon 17:00

Property is well constructed and built as a start with no maintenance Plus food is very good at all restaurants Cleaning the rooms was awful, most of the employees they dont understand any other language other than turkish or russian, guest relation employees are very not responsive, AC was broken at the beginning they just switch it on and wasnt cool at all just a fan for our whole 5 days stay although we requested them to fix it many times or to change the room and they didnt do anything! Plus the whole resort is not suitable for Muslims neither Arabs, most of the hotel residents were Russians with very bad attitude and behavior

The hotel's architecture was very calming, with a beautiful garden and a nice pool. The beach was clean and well-equipped with chairs and private cabanas. There was also a 24-hour restaurant that served a fun and unique pizza, which I loved. The entertainment for kids was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children. The reception staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady surprised us by beautifully decorating the bed after noticing a birthday celebration — a lovely and thoughtful touch. The food overall was of medium quality, and the breads, in particular, were not of the highest standard.

The staff were all lovely although alot of them didn't speak even basic English but only meant we had to improve our Turkish with the help of Google! The room was amazing loads of space. Food was also really good. Big thanks to Ivana in guest services she was super friendly & very helpful at all times! There was a youth football tournament on along with a conference when we were there so lots of people in the buffet sometimes making it a bit too busy.

Really lovely family resort directly at the beach. We visited over the Easter holidays and it wasn't too crowded. Clean and lots to discover.
