This was my second time here, and I was just as pleased as the first time. I went with my husband and almost 1 year old baby. My mother, father, grandfather, and aunt also joined us this time. Even with a range of ages, physical abilities, and interests everyone had a fantastic time. Everyone found food they enjoyed, and overall we had a great time. Between the 6 of us we had a total of 10 massages during our 3 day stay. The spa staff are excellent at their jobs. My baby once again throughly enjoyed the playground area even with older kids playing around as well. It’s truly a great space. We also took him to the Mini Disco one evening and loved it. There was a staff member teaching dance moves to all of the kids. It was fun without being chaotic, which I appreciated as a parent. The property itself is so beautiful and well kept. My baby and I enjoyed many early morning walks together. My only complaint was that the food in the main restaurant didn’t always have allergens properly listed. My baby has a handful of severe allergies, but he eats many foods. So I was looking at the signs carefully to avoid his allergies. A few times I came across a food that clearly had cheese on it but no dairy allergen was listed. HOWEVER, I discussed this with some staff and they made it very clear that next time we could chat with the head chef and he would prepare a special menu for my son. This is the kind of above and beyond service you can expect from Bellis. Overall my family was very pleased and we plan to return!

My husband and I have stayed at 2 other all inclusive hotels in Antalya, but Bellis outshined them BY FAR. —We loved the private beach access even though it was winter. It was beautiful to walk by the peaceful sea each morning and evening. —The food was great, but the desserts were definitely the stars of the show. —The heated pools were fantastic for winter. —The zoo was fun, we visited twice in 4 days. —The spa was incredible. They made us a fantastic deal to get 5 massages to split between the 2 of us over our stay. —The kids park was amazingly well kept and so fun for all ages. We have a baby (less than 1 year) and he loved visiting multiple times a day to swing and slide and ride the little trucks. —The staff was very attentive in every area of the hotel. Housekeeping even changed our bedding each day which I appreciated. I can’t remember anything significant. Some of the food in the dining area could’ve used more salt, but better to be undersalted than oversalted.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. After a few attempts I finally found the place where I want to come back again and again. Very well maintained facilities, pristinely clean rooms, very decent food. What really stands out is the personnel and service. Very professional and client oriented. Whatever wish you have, it is executed with lightning speed. Do not forget ti visit the spa, it is amazing. Special kudos to Ekaterina from Guest Relations and Bayram from Spa. The beach We had a very disappointing experience at Bellis Deluxe Belek. The service was horrible and most of the staff were not friendly at all. The food was inconsistent.. sometimes decent, sometimes really bad, depending on where you eat. Activities and entertainment were just okay, nothing special. All hotels do the same. The room was definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, no information was provided, and we constantly had to ask about everything ourselves. My wife also tried the manicure service, which was expensive. The lady who did it didn’t speak English, and the result was poor.

The hotel is beautiful with amazing scenery and lush surroundings. Excellent facilities for both adults and children. Most of the staff were kind, helpful, and professional, especially in the restaurants and common areas. One receptionist was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills, which left a bad first impression. Room service was frustrating — the person answering the phone didn’t speak English, and one of our dinner orders never arrived with no follow-up.

2-we love the food tasty and the pizza is one of the best that I tried + the doner kabab is very nice and 3-the zoo is wonderful 4-the girls at the reception are helpful + the guest relations are so nice with us 5-a lot of activities till the night 6-the beach street are very nice The hugeness in the first day was sooo bad but when we make a problem they inform the cleaner to take care of us more but the problem not on the cleaner, the problem is on the (staff manager on the night shift)

Well located, large premises, access to pools and the beach and very friendly staff Food quality was average though the spread was huge; given a lot of international guests, the fact that most of their staff could barely speak English was a problem at times in communicating. Even though the room was very warm (the day time temperature had warmed to 25-26C), they hadn't turned the central air-conditioning on, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open.

free minibar! very good room cleaning service, food was good, near to the beach and the beach is sandy, you don't need watershoes, unless you want to play volleyball, in beachfront there are sand and little rock mixed. Tasty capuccino in lobbybar and Cafe :) Reception were helpful and friendly. Bed were comfortable and with normal blankets :P in Camelia garden. too far from main road, you have to order a taxi every time you want to go some where, and one ride cost( with return) is 30 € ( to Belek or Land of Legends) . Taxis usually are big enough for 6 people. Spa center expensive. I usually buy massage(es) every time when I visit Turkey, not this time.
