The Stuff was perfect

In the main restaurant there was so many options but foods were lover quality than expected.

Plenty of space, clean, good stuff, great entertainment program… Food is very good and I ate too much… they don’t tell you not to eat too much.

The hotel was nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Weather

We really enjoyed our stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi. The food was excellent across breakfast, lunch, and dinner — always well prepared, with great variety every day, and most dishes were delicious. Special events such as the Eid festival and White Night were also very well designed and created a lovely atmosphere. The facilities were great too: the pools, beach, and heated pool were all excellent, especially for kids in the morning. The gym was large and well equipped. Most importantly, the staff were extremely polite, smiling, and helpful. Special thanks to Ataberk and Cemre, who were very kind and made our stay even better. There was very little we did not like. The only minor feedback is that our balcony door lock did not lock properly. Since our balcony had direct access from the pool area, it would be good to improve this for extra peace of mind. It was not a major issue for us, but worth mentioning as a small improvement point.

Very clean Because I was staying on the first floor of the village, it was very damp, and my swimsuit, underwear, and socks were very difficult to dry.

The beach was exceptional, and the room cleanliness was impeccable. The pools were a highlight, and the convenient walking distance from the rooms to the beach made everything effortless. The meal timing could use some adjustment. A slightly longer window for lunch and dinner would be appreciated. That said, it is wonderful that breakfast runs until 11am, and everything else about the resort was truly amazing. One note: the luggage helper at checkout needs better guest communication training as he was visibly impatient and spoke angrily in Turkish.

Every day there was something new planned/displayed in front of the snack bar. Cocktails, ice cream, fruit plates... you name it. In general, eating was never a problem. Missed lunch at the main restaurant? There is a snack bar (actually, another restaurant) just in front of the sea. Although it is a family-friendly resort, the adult-only and mixed zones are distinct. Wild life is another staple of the place. A turtle laid eggs on the beach. Her nest was "caged" for protection with the corresponding sign attached and educating about the situation. A few hedgehogs, numerous birds and of course cats own the place and are taken care of :-) we loved seeing them strolling through the place. Our room (village) was a bit dated. The drain was smelly in the beginning but it got better with the constant use. The shower floor also leaked water due to some flaws in design. The bathroom window was small and not really sufficient for a decent ventilation. I also got food poisoning but fair enough I was the only one out of our party of four who suffered. The hotel and the city taxi offer ridiculous prices to visit the nearby theme park "the land of legends". Just go outside of the gates and use the famous taxi app. It will save you 50 to 70% of the costs, depending on the traffic on the road.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The main restaurant is very good too, great variety of food. They have a lot of pools, beach access, live entertainment almost every evening. It’s great value for the price, good food and a nice environment. Overall it’s pretty great. The spa is awesome as well! No shampoo or conditioner in the showers. A hand soap dispenser in the shower to clean yourself. You have to ask for robes at the front desk, they could be waiting for you in your room when you arrive, but ours were not.

Loads of entertainment keeps the kids busy

The food quality seems a bit down compared to previous years. The evening entertainment music is close to the lagoon buildings, so don't expect to sleep before midnight.

Had everything you’d expect of an all inclusive resort. Great facilities, staff and food.

The main room temperature in the family room wasn't cold. Maintenance took a long time to respond and fix The Family room wasn't ready to take it. All the family stayed 2 hours in my other Deluxe room.

The resort exceeded expectations in every way—beautifully maintained grounds, spacious and clean rooms, and a wide variety of delicious food options. The pool and beach areas were stunning, with plenty of loungers and shade. The entertainment team was energetic and engaging, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The spa and massage services were also a highlight. Wi-Fi could be more reliable in some areas of the resort.

The staff were nice and seeking to help. Entertainment was great: we had a silent disco night, another silent movie beach night with pop corn, and one or 2 fantastic dancing shows. We were traveling with kids of different ages, everyone had something to do with different activities ( banana boat, archery, pool games). As adults we also enjoyed the activities(Yoga, watercycling....). We also enjoyed an ice pool party and a beach foam party , both very fun. The resort has many pools, maybe 10 pools, includine one with slides. You don't feel that the place is crowded. The beach is clean with warm water. The food was amazing, the all-inclusive is very practical with kids. The main restaurant serves buffets for the 3 meals and it was really a huge buffet with lot of varieties. There is also another 24-h snack restaurant where we were able to grab some sandwishes and salads our first night ( we arrived around midnight). The floor is slippery, so we had to be very very careful. The spa is not very nice, it lacks the spa mood (music, scent...). I did a reflexology, the lady was good but the door was open with noise and people talking outside, so you don't really enjoy it, and it is not cheap.
