What began as a stressful trip with all our luggage lost for 5 days turned into a wonderful experience thanks to Regnum The Crown. The staff went above and beyond to help us make the best of the situation, ensuring we had everything we needed. Between the stunning rooms, amazing dining, and relaxing atmosphere, what could have been a disaster became an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

We had high expectations for our honeymoon stay, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to request early check-in since we were on a 7-hour overnight flight with no sleep. Despite explaining our situation and that this was our honeymoon, the hotel did not accommodate us. What made it worse is that even after the official check-in time had passed, our room was still delayed, leaving us waiting and exhausted. To add to the frustration, the electricity in our room was cut off suddenly not once, but twice during our stay. For such an important trip, we expected much better hospitality, reliability, and service from a hotel of this level.
