We had our best holiday with our 2 year old son at Kaya Palazzo. We stayed in a spacious suite which i really recommend if you are travelling with a child. Staff is super friendly, there is great selection of food and beverages, plenty of entertainment for children and the hotel is very family-friendly. Really can just talk about the whole resort in superlatives. Special thanks to Mr. Rina from customer relations and the Guest Experience group.

The resort has everything you need for a perfect vacation: a pristine beach, excellent breakfasts, and fantastic water sports (the jet ski and water car sessions with aerial video shooting were a highlight!). The pools and water slides are great for all ages. Families will love the kids' club with its rides, masterclasses, and amazing animators. For relaxation, there are plenty of open lounge zones with great shisha. Plus, The Land of Legends park is just a 5-minute drive away, so we visited it multiple times. A special, huge thank you to the Guest Experience team—Anna, Dana, Elizaveta, and Metin. They were available 24/7, constantly checking in on us, and handling any requests instantly. Perfect weather, flawless service, and amazing memories. Highly recommended! None

It is big resort and very nice natural location All restaurants you have to pay extra except buffet main restaurant. Comparing many other resorts in that area it is expensive and not a super taste or services.

THE BEST all-inclusive hotel in Antalya. The service was impeccable, especially T and B from guest services, the amenities were luxuriously stunning including the spa and hammam, delicious meal offerings, and a stunning beach. Our suite was absolutely one-of-a-kind with a top floor view of the entire resort and a spa-inspired marble bathroom. There's literally nothing we did not like during our stay here but if there was one thing I would change, I would request the breakfast window to be extended to allow those who wake up later to still enjoy breakfast.

Everything was absolutely top-notch! Every detail is carefully thought out — from comfort and convenience to beauty and taste. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. We have stayed in Luxury Lagoon room and it was exceptional. Special thanks for Durmuş and Kardelen for their extraordinary assitance. Also Nur Muhammed, Burcu, Cansu, Ayşegül and all staff of Lagoon Restaurant were very kind and helpful during our stay. Shows in hotel was also amazing, we have enjoyed a lot. Foods in Lagoon Restaurant was very well prepared and served. Kaya Palazzo will be always in my top tier list for vacation. Nothing, everything was extraordinary

The swimming pools were fine I arrived at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort this Saturday with my wife, 20-month-old son, my mother, and sister on a long-awaited family holiday. What should have been a relaxing, joyful all-inclusive break turned into a complete nightmare, all thanks to this hotel’s lack of responsibility. On day two, my wife and toddler got severe food poisoning. Today, I also started experiencing symptoms. So instead of enjoying the €8000+ vacation I paid for, we’ve spent our time turning the hotel room into a makeshift ER, dealing with vomiting and diarrhea. Let that sink in. We had no choice but to visit the hotel’s doctor, who referred us to a local hospital, which turned out to be a shameless tourist scam. They charged €950 for a basic check-up and a single IM injection. The hospital diagnosed both my wife and son with gastroenteritis, and yet the hotel’s so-called “Guest Relations” team has the audacity to deny any connection to their food, despite the medical evidence right in front of them. We spoke to multiple staff members, including managers, demanding some form of compensation for the disaster we’ve been put through. All we got was the same robotic response: “We’ll see what we can do.” Spoiler: they did NOTHING. No follow-up. No action. No accountability. This place is a shiny facade hiding zero standards, zero empathy, and zero responsibility. It has been one of the worst, most infuriating experiences of my life, and I strongly urge anyone considering this resort to stay far away. If you value your health, your time, and your money, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
