See view, walking distance to Land of Legends, night entertainment, all inclusive, indoor and outdoor pool. Welcome plate of fruits and small wine bottle. Towels with holes, Big dirt stains on sitting area, it looked like the kettle had water in it since already some time. We booked a room for 4 people and almost every day we had to say that we needed 4 pillows and 4 towels. Sadly alcoholic drinks like cocktails were very bad made :( tasted bad. Food was ok, a lot of options but some looked very oily, others had too much salt.

Property very good restaurant buffet was excellent. swimming pool and beach very nice I liked everything, I would only recommend some renovation for the shower and bathroom as it looks a little outdated, everything else was perfect. The service in buffet restaurant and beach was excellent.

Service, food, beach, enterteiners were all top quality. We traveled with a kid of 2.5 year and it was very exciting for him with a lot families with kids arround us as well. First impresion was that the hotel is overrated from the start. We enter in the room on the 5th floor and got dissapointed instantly. There were very old and modest furnature and beds, like from 20 years ago. Bathroom wasnt clean and smelled on a piss from previous guests. We got out immediatly and visit the reception. Their response was fast and correct with a later offer to change the room which we kindly refused. Bigger problem despite old bads were uncomfty maddraces on the bed, very thin, used for so many years you could tell. Other couple who was with us was having a whole on one side of the bed. Last dissapointment was a very low quality of alcoholic drinks wherever they served including a la carte restourants. Even the beer they claim was Efes, tastes different then the Efes I was drinking recently during my visit od Istanbul. Cherry on the top was a message from a guy who supervised guests from booking with a plea to not give a feedback here if my score is not a max 10! Be happy I didnt gave you score 2 or 3 for that, thats a scam. My advice for you, either lower your price for next season for 25-30% or invest in your hotel rooms, give the people what they desirve for that money, a nice rest at least.

We’ve had an amazing vacation during our stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with Mr. Serkan standing out as the best. I don’t understand why some people posted bad reviews—this resort offers the best quality for the price. The food is amazing; while some dishes are repeated, there’s always something new to try. Just one remark: the alcoholic drinks and cocktails could be a bit better, but if you’re a beer person, you’ll find it amazing.

Very hospitable staff. Wonderful beach and sea. Rich buffet and delicious foods. Nice night entertainment. Thanks especially to Mr Serkan Sapmazturk for his devotion to guests.

It has all the commodities to spend a relaxing getaway. Food and drink option is quite vast and for sure the highlight of the property!, has many activities for all ages, Spa was great, the beach is sandy with a bit if pebbles, the animation team is great and fun! Is worthy all the way Is not a major issue but rooms could be revamped for a better experience. In any case rooms are quite comfortable and super clean.

one area that needs improvement is the room cleaning. The cleaners were not very attentive, and the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. With a little more attention to this detail, the stay would have been perfect.

Super Friendly staff Super Helpful Manager Mr. Serkan SAPMAZTÜRK , always resolve any problem for the Guests Excellent Entertainment Programs with updates sent via WhatsApp Excellent Variety of Food in different location Excellent activity in water pool plus gun shooting and Darts Shops at Kaya belek had reasonable price (of course not like the Bazar but you can Buy souvenir with affordable price) Paid water activity was with cheaper price than other Luxury resort through Mr. Khalil Nothing

The hotel facilities were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the pools and beach were clean and well-maintained. The internet connection was extremely poor during our entire stay. This was very disappointing and needs urgent improvement.
