Overall, the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The biggest disappointment was the food. There were very few beef or lamb options, and turkey was served very frequently. The menu was quite repetitive, so after a few days the meals became boring. We would have appreciated more variety in the meat dishes.

I liked that check in was easy, used a wrist band to get into your room, straight forward shuttle To the beach, solid entertainment at the pool during day and shows at night. Also a big fan of the buffet, didn’t have one bad thing. Everything was good, however I would like it there was a cash machine on site, as all the taxis you pay with cash. The machine is a 5-7 minute walk away outside the property

Food was absolutely delicious, very well balanced and options for everyone. Nice staff, good services, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It has beach, it is closed to the Land of Legends. No negative remarks

Nice staff, good swimming pools. There is a full day activities programme. The sea is a bit too far for me. You need to take a bus transfer. The bus schedule is not convenient.

The only small positive was that The Land of Legends was within walking distance, which allowed us to escape the disappointing hotel atmosphere for a few hours. I booked a stay at X Belek with the “pay at property” option. Upon arrival, they refused to accept Apple Pay (even though I had been using it across Turkey without problems), falsely claimed that Apple Pay does not work in Turkey, and forced me to use another payment method, resulting in an additional £50 in currency exchange fees. Service throughout the hotel was extremely poor. Dirty glasses were left in the room for three consecutive days even after tipping. Trash, including tissues and rubbish, remained in the main hotel corridor for days without being cleaned. On one occasion, housekeeping cleaned the room but forgot to leave any towels — we had to request them twice and only received them late in the evening. Staff spoke very little English and showed a clear lack of professionalism. I felt completely unwelcome as a paying guest. Noise levels were unbearable: stadium-level loud music was played directly outside room windows, making it impossible to rest. Doors throughout the hotel had no soft-closing systems, resulting in constant loud banging day and night, which management did nothing to address. Facilities were broken or dangerously neglected. The sauna and steam room were not functioning (“engine missing”). Even worse, the sauna ceiling was visibly sagging and completely out of level, creating a real risk of collapse and posing a serious safety hazard — even my wife noticed the danger. In the evenings, the bar service was chaotic: huge queues formed with only one bartender serving, clearly because the bar was all-inclusive and there was no incentive to prioritize guest satisfaction. Had it been a paid bar, the staffing would surely have been different. There was also confusion regarding meal times: the times listed in the room differed from the times posted at the restaurant entrance, causing unnecessary confusion for guests, and again, no one cared enough to correct it.

Location: Perfectly situated, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal spot whether you’re here for sightseeing or relaxation. Staff: Truly amazing! Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout our stay. Value for Money: The quality of service and the experience we had felt like that of a luxury resort. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely be returning and suggesting it to all our friends and family.
