Even though we only stayed for a short time, I found the place very comfortable. The room was small, but cozy. The staff was friendly. Since we had to leave early in the morning, they kindly rushed to prepare breakfast for us.

The room was brand new and clean and had lots of things for a comfortable stay. The pool didn’t work. There were construction works all the time that caused lots of noise. The hotel is very far from the beach. The staff didn’t speak English.

NEGATIVE. There is nothing to like about this hotel. It is below a 1-star and unsafe for human habitation. I would give it a zero rating if it was possible. Used to be called Pearl Be Boutique Hotel but has changed its name to try and hide its poor reviews and dismal service. Using fake computer generated images to advertise their hotel - a clear breach of policy. Take a close look at the pictures uploaded to this review to understand fully what condition of hotel you are booking! - The room was damp and mouldy with a foul smell of sewage. - There was human waste on the walls in the bathroom. - The room was dirty and had not been cleaned with hair and dirt on the floors, bedding and towels - No privacy; the bedroom doors have vents cut into them! - I requested a double bed, but got two singles pushed together. - The sockets were ‘buzzing’ and sparking. Wholly unsafe for guests. - Ants and bugs in the room, leaving bites on feet and legs. - The hotel is just bothered about money and not service - There is a ‘fixed’ breakfast of stale bread, boiled egg with hen dirt still present on the egg and hard fried cold chips! This is the worst hotel I had the displeasure of booking. I asked for a change of room or at least for the room provided to be cleaned but this was denied with excuses. I didn’t even stay the first night of my booking. I left and went to book another hotel in Antalya. I have lost several hundred pounds in the process as Booking.com are fully supportive of this dishonest provider who use AI generated images to promote their business - which should be against the platforms policy. This hotel is not fit for purpose and likley patrons are going to be from developing nations where standards are usually much lower. It's not that close to Land of Legends or the Golf Courses as it made out. Taxis are not cheap either so factor that in. You have been warned and please see the pictures showing the condition the room was PRESENTED in!

The Hotel is new, every thing was perfect, the staff are doing their best to make sure that the guest is comfortable

This was the first time travelling to Turkey and Belek in particular, my friends and I were really excited and looking forward to staying at this hotel. It did not disappoint! For a new hotel it’s natural to anticipate a few teething problems, but honestly speaking it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish Alhumdulillah. We arrived and were greeted by Mehmet at reception, with a warm smile and friendly demeanour. Mehmet helped us take our luggage to our rooms which were immaculate and spacious; despite the hotel being situated on a main road there is no outside noise coming in- peaceful night sleep. The pictures online really do not do justice to how beautifully put together this hotel is and its surroundings. Throughout our stay all the staff were friendly and helpful, the language barrier wasn’t an issue we were easily able to converse with everyone, (it helps to know a few phrases in the local language) the ladies in housekeeping are the sweetest. Mehmet, Alaattin and Ahmet were always on hand to help us get around the city and give advice of the best spots to see and explore; the experience of this hotel is like staying with family extremely helpful and attentive, providing that safety comfort by real gentlemen. This hotel is in a fantastic location spot, close to beaches, shopping centres and the land of legends. We were really sad to have to leave but I definitely will come again InshaAllah. With a few improvements/ adjustments this hotel will no doubt flourish. A lift is definitely needed to make it easier to get luggage to and fro rooms on the other floors and a ramp on the side of the entrance of the hotel. It’s great that there is a swimming pool, a small gym would be a perfect addition. The restaurant and outdoor seating was beautiful but the food and menu selection was a little disappointing. I had chicken pasta on the first day at lunch and it was delicious, this was also my last meal the night before checkout and it was definitely not the same chef- very heavy handed with the salt! Breakfast was disappointing, the beverage selection was perfect but the food itself was lacking. If you had a buffet style with some traditional Turkish breakfast delicacies and fruit as an option too- you’re onto a winner.

Great pool. Close to the golf courses. Clean facilities. Roof top bar closed indefinitely. They indicated the breakfast started at 8 but actually starts at 8.30.

The hotel is extremely clean and hygienic. Nice size rooms....comfortable beds. Close by to Land of the Legends and the beach. Helpful staff.

Exceptional

New hotel, just opened, super friendly stuff, family business, personal approach, nice boutique feel, European style. Lovely swimming pool, could use even at 10 pm Taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel on the map - it’s so new it’s not on google maps yet.
