He had a nice stay! I don’t think we can say that this hotel is a 5 star - it is a very good 4 star though. This hotel really does manage high volume hospitality (and does a great job at it) but you can’t expect the attention to detail that you’d find in a 5 star there. The clientele is mainly russian speaking, so the staff speaks little English and all activities are in russian. For food, the all inclusive privilege only applies to the buffet, if you want to eat at one of their other restaurants, you will need to pay an extra charge. We would have appreciated the extra mile when having our room cleaned.

The concept of taking care of clients and their needs is dead in this hotel. It's a business that is in free fall 2) food including LA carte restaurant reminded me of the school dormitory. The fod was not tasty. Options were plenty, however, with no flavor 3) the room is dark. The bed was hard. The pillows were thin...I named them thin crust pizza slices. 4) the atmosphere was unpleasant. Dark hallways, no air-conditioned in most areas 5) Many Wifi dead zones and poor connections when there was wifi 6) cafes and bar waiters won't attend to you when you get seated 7) employees moral was very low as they need showed interest in their customers. They were sluggish and never never smiled 8) I didn't like that fact it was rated as 5 start hotels where in fact it does not meet these criteria

Excellent facilities, nice swimming pools, huge buffet, friendly staff Most members of staff were not speaking English (even simple words like “straw”, “fork”, or “cutlery”). Nevertheless, they were very friendly and polite. Grilled meat and fish was great in the buffet but the rest was a bit bland. Hotel mini market was overpriced.

The resort was amazing, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious every day. We had young children with us and there was plenty to do from parks to swimming pools to kids activities there was something for everyone. We loved every moment and would definitely go back. I also loved the tea The fact that the shopping centre in the resort was charging silly money for absolutely everything nearly 200% markup on everything

There were plenty of staff and they were very helpful (or tried to be if they didn't understand English). The property seemed well maintained and all the areas were kept very clean. Lots of fun activities especially for children (multiple pools with waterslides, kids club etc). Starbucks at the hotel was a nice addition, even though it did get very busy at certain times. Even with a wide variety the buffet food starts to get repetitive. There was only one tennis court and it can get difficult to get a slot if there are more people interested in playing. If you play actively, I suggest that you also bring your own gear.

The family friendly ammenities and set up were perfect! Our kids particularly loved being able to go back and forth between kids club and the waterslides which were steps away. A special thank you to Melisa who welcomed our children and made them excited to go back each day. The club had all day activities from crafts, football, cinema, yoga, dancing, you name it. To make it even better, a kids snack bar was right in the middle. As parents we felt like we also had some quiet time to enjoy some unlimitted starbucks, have a drink or just read while the kids were in kids club. The food was also very fresh, varied and had a feeling like it was made by Grandma in the kitchen. I do wish supper was offered earlier then 630 pm for families with young children and earlier lunch option for 1130!

I think the overall experience was excellent – the staff, the food, the beach, and the hotel itself. The spacious grounds are a definite advantage, especially in the evening when you can explore various bars, lounges, and enjoy different activities. The weather was also pleasant! (September 2023) I have a feeling that it was a bit overpriced. Additionally, the hotel doesn't provide airport transfers, which is a drawback. The à la carte restaurant was so-so, and I didn't like the main dish. My recommendation is to try different restaurants. The restaurants in the main building and the deluxe building offer different experiences, and sometimes one is better than the other.

I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.
