All inclusive package covering all food and drink including alcohol very easy for children to get what they want. Location by the beach and good pools. Excellent buffet breakfast and main meal

The resort is excellent overall. The food was delicious with good quality, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of cuisines. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It is a great place for families with plenty of activities for children. My main concern was that there was no lifeguard at the kids’ pool, which is an important safety issue for families with young children. I also think the resort could offer a greater variety of international cuisines.

The large swimming pool is also suitable for children, as different areas of the pool have different depths, allowing children to swim and play comfortably. The staff are very friendly, except for one bartender at the pool bar. The cleaning ladies are extremely helpful, warm, and caring. The children’s restaurant is interesting and appropriate for kids. Rooms: The room we stayed in had very poor sound insulation. In the evening, conversations from the neighboring room could be heard clearly, and noise was not properly reduced. Some of the furniture is very old and damaged, such as the parquet flooring and the bathroom door. The bathroom door also cannot stay in the position where you leave it; it can only be either fully closed or fully open. The bathroom itself is very narrow. The balcony door could not be locked, only closed lightly. Food: Breakfast and dinner are satisfactory, although the food is quite repetitive. However, it is tasty. The afternoon lunch is modest and also repetitive, with not too many options. During peak breakfast and dinner times, it can sometimes be difficult to find a table. I noticed a high concentration of flies in the restaurant, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. A major downside is that the waiters at the beach remove the food before the scheduled time. Whether it is 5 or 15 minutes early is not important — it should not happen. The drink selection is not the same at the beach and at the pool, which is also a disadvantage. Facilities for children: The playrooms are decent, but also old. They are not as presented in the photos. Many rooms within the Kids Club that are described as playrooms are not actually in operation. The arcade/digital games look as if they are from the time of my own childhood. The children’s swings are not properly aligned; when a child swings, one side moves to the right, which could lead to an injury from the nearby wooden post. In conversations with the employees, they said they had reported this issue, but that the hotel has not taken any action. The children’s cinema and the playrooms that are actually in use are great and entertaining for most children. Staff: The staff are extremely kind and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the language barrier is a major issue due to the lack of English knowledge.

The resort is just amazing , my kids loved the resort so much , the buffet is perfect all kind of food u want, so tasty. All the staff friendly and nice. We even had a small problem in our room , they’ve changed it for us and upgraded the room for us which is so kind of them . Nothing

The facilities of entertainment. The food is delicious and varied. No noise cancelation in the room. The blanket size for single and small. The sound of music too high and works until late of night. Behavior of some staff at the reception and facilities. Value for money (At least provide airport shuttle service for free or at a nominal price).

This year we felt that the room service was not as good as last year. When we needed something we had to ask several times before it was fixed.

1. The hotel puts a lot of effort into the entertainment at night which was nice and cleaning around the pool and eating areas was also impressive 2. The activity guy Hamza is the nicest sweetest and most welcoming out of all the staff i encountered. He is someone the IC teams should hang on to. 1. The room’s cleanliness is not at a 5 star level hotel. The amount of hair I found on the floor, bed, and pillows was discussing. I stopped asking for room clean up and just cleaned the room on my own. The hallway carpet was dirty and stinky. 2. Lobby bar staff are unwelcoming and rude. I waited for 5 minutes and the ladies were having conversations knowing I was standing and waiting and ignored me. The lady’s name who ignored me on several occasions was Gulizar. She shouldn’t be customer facing. 3. The girl who does flying yoga and pool fitness hates her job. She’s trying to be as nice as she could but she doesn’t help and is careless to anyone’s performance. 4. The kids club was useless for our 9 year olds. The nice activities were early in the morning which they missed everyday. 5. Staff at the reception were not helpful at all. Which 5 star hotel doesn’t have a service where you can’t order a ride and pay by visa?? Taxi is only by cash and if you don’t have enough then you can’t leave the hotel. I even suggested that they pay for me and bill it to my room. No help at all 6. The girl at the pasta station behind the pool bar was so cold. She stands over you and watches you while putting the food . One time I haven’t finished and turned my back to mix the plate, and she just started putting the food away.

- Quality of food and drinks was very good - Staff were helpful and nice. - Lots of activities throughout the day. - Although we did not travel with kids this time, it seemed like it would be a perfect place for them with the available facilities and events throughout the day. - Room was smaller than pictured. - Room cleanliness could have been improved. - Air conditioning was very necessary even at night, but it was quite loud and difficult to sleep with - Beach area including chairs and walks were not cleaned on a regular basis.

It was great stay in the hotel. Quite big territory and a lot of fun for kids. Definitely this hotel is made for families with children. In the restaurant they have separate corner for kids with cute little tables and special menu for them, as well as even formula for the little one. In general it was amazing experience in the restaurant both with food and drinks. And my favorite one was this lovely coffee cafe next to the beach. The service was quite good, staff very responsive and friendly. Spa was super good!!! Kids club was great as well, big and many activities! It was easy to reach the city Kadriye by taxi (15€ one way or 25€ both ways). There is mall and aqua park near by as well. The hotel itself is old already, the corridors’ carpet is old and smelly, which creates the negative impression. Room service takes ages to get something, however they do well when they rich your room. But I had to wait for few hours and keep on reminding about my request. There is no lifeguard near kids swimming pool with slides.
