Nice hotel. Great food. Comfortable bed. I like 5 different ala carte restaurant options. Spa is is good with sauna and cold pool. Night activities at theatre was very good with professional dance groups. Nil.

The hotel had many restaurants/bars and activities such as water slides, cinema room, spa, kids room, kids show, game room (like a casino) and the pools were big. The staff barely speaks english and many are slow. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn't registered due to a system issue and it took more than 2 hours for the room to be ready (after 2am). When we went to one of the rooms that was assigned to us, the door wasn't working and then we realized that was because it had already guests inside. Terrible mistake. One of the restaurants doesn't allow to have more then 4 people sitting together which is bad for groups. The water slides are only opened from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm, so it means that is only opened for 4 hours. On our first day we tried to book one of the a la carte restaurants and it was almost impossible to schedule, and only one of the a la carte restaurants were free, so if we wanted to schedule more then one meal on the a la carte restaurants, it was going to be charged. The food was totally turkish and for the kids it was terrible since it was nuggets and sausages for all the meals, since most of the food had sause or was spicy.

Unfortunately Nothing. Never staying there again. It was a horrible experience. - I got food poisoning the second day from the food at the hotel and was throwing up the whole night. - The staff is really unfriendly and impolite and refuse to help. Moreover they don't speak English (even at the reception). - The toilet in the room had urine on the seat when we entered the room. The floor was really dusty as if the room hasn't been vaccum cleaned in ages. - You hear everything that is happening in other rooms and on the corridors. - There are long queues at the buffets because you don't get to take the food yourself but the restaurant staff have to serve you. Food quality is horrible. Super oily and old and tasteless. - No wifi in the room. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere nicer. You will regret spending your money on this hotel.

Overall hotel it's not a 5 star hotel. Rooms weren't cleaned every day. Toiletries are poor. Rooms, building and territory have seen better days, especially swimingpool equipment (beach beds and umbrellas). Beach towels are old, half of them with hole
