Отдельно хочу поблагодарить парней из Lifeguard- всегда и везде возле всех бассейнов и на пляже. А утром, до прихода всех гостей, они ныряют и проверяют дно в прилежащей акватории.? Great all-inclusive property, lots of English and German-speaking staff Would help to provide a map of property to keep at check-in (very large site), perhaps offer some no-sugar drinks in menu, more fans in outside dining area for hot/humid days to keep air circulating

Everything was perfect

Food was good. Food variety was solid as well. Went to one of the "specialty restaurants" (Levante) and it was very good. Staff was amazing, helpful, good with the kids. There's LOTS to do in this hotel, always something happening somewhere. Nighttime shows varied, some were great some were good. It's a big hotel but not really crowded at all when we were there. Facilities are amazing, this is a beautiful property. Travelling with three kids under the age of 17 and even the stores in the hotel weren't as ridiculously priced as many of those stores in other hotels. Coffee shop is great, makes very good coffee. Had a fantastic 14 night stay and were still not getting bored. There was no bacon. But that's of course expected in Turkey :)

Excellent service from all staff members. The kids club is amazing, lots of activities for the kids during the whole day. Special thanks to Ivo xand Burak - you made my son super happy during our stay. He is looking forward to our next holidays at your property. The location and the facilities.

The location is close to Antalya airport. The property is uniquely designed to leverage the blend of nature and the resort accommodations. Amazing trees everywhere, very fine and tastefully designed decorations. I can still remember the birds chirping everywhere. During our stay we saw turtles, a hedgehog, birds, bats at night. There were cats as well and we appreciate that the staff didn’t try to force them out of restaurants. That still would be understandable, but it just shows how environmentally friendly the hotel is including animals. Special thanks to Haluk Bey, the chef in the kitchen. My wife is gluten-allergic. The guest relations (many thanks for their hospitality as well) introduced us to Haluk Bey and he literally took care of us for the rest of our stay. He provided gluten-free meals, was very attentive to our needs every day and in general made the stay much more pleasant. We never had that kind of level of attention before. We were staying in Villa 18 on the outskirts next to the neighbour hotel. In the mornings there was usually some noise from that hotel which made sleeping a bit difficult. Other than that it was all good

First of all, the reception staff, especially İlknur and Özlem, Kinem at the towel station, and everyone else—from the bellboys whose names I unfortunately can’t remember to the bartenders—were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, the rooms were spotless, and we really enjoyed the live music at the beach bar in the evenings. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything. I would say the downsides were that the rooms did not include extra essentials such as cotton pads, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. The water park was also quite small, and I think the hotel would have benefited from having even a small pier.

Genel olarak içeceklerin kalitesi iyi değil, soğuk içecekler sınırlı, taze meyve suyu seçenekleri yok, atıştırmalık bölümünde döner ve et çeşitleri kötü, et çok sert. Havuz başında hazırlanan içecekler özensiz hazırlanıyor, çekirdek kahve yerine toz, hazır kahve kullanılıyor. Merkez havuz kenarında hep yer problemi oluyor, şezlonglar yetersiz.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay! Before making a final choice I usually go over the guest reviews, and trust me this place is so underrated! I was worried about some reviews talking about staff being rude, cleanliness, comfort and noise but to be honest we did not face any of that. We arrived half past midnight and were greeted in the sweetest way, the guys at the reception were super helpful and fast to check us in to make sure our kids got to their beds. They took us and our bags in a gold cart to our room, we were in Villa 4. it was quiet and surrounded by a wonderful well-kept landscape. Yes, there is walking distances but to be honest this should be the least of your concerns when walking through their beautiful gardens. The food was amazing, a huge variety everyday, even a corner for children and vegans. The waiters were very helpful and their service was very quick. There is water and refreshments around the pool areas available all day/night. The aqua fitness was such a fun activity and the mentor was full of energy. Even the ladies at the MyMo minis were amazing, they provided fun activities for my little one along with other children and gave her a goodbye gift at checkout. For kids this is a perfect place, their waterpark is super fun and lifeguards are around all the time. We had the chance to go on the banana boat which the kids loved along with a foam party at the beach and an evening of fun shows at night (star night with themed decorations in the restaurant and around the pool). The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked well. Hot water in the shower and super clean house keeping. You can order a taxi at any time from the reception, we went out once to the land of the legends to see the show there and the taxi is a fixed 20 euro rate each way. I honestly could not find one bad thing to say about this hotel. We really wished we could stay longer but we will definitely be coming back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The variety of food is excellent, with something for every taste. When we first came for lunch, we were amazed by the huge selection of dishes. In addition to the main meals, there are also several snack spots serving pizza, wraps, and much more. We also highly recommend booking one of the à la carte restaurants. The rooms are located in separate two-storey buildings away from the hotel’s main area, so the music and entertainment cannot be heard inside. This is perfect for anyone who prefers to go to bed early or sleep a little longer. The beach is also lovely. The sand seemed much finer and more pleasant than at the neighbouring hotels, and we could always find a place at any time of day. A special thank-you to the entire staff, and especially to Tatiana. Thank you for your incredible work and genuine care for every guest. None of this would be possible without you!

We had an amazing stay at Tui Magic Life. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff truly exceeded our expectations and the quality of service that we received was exceptional. The entire resort is kept spotlessly clean and tidy. The food was fresh, delicious and there was a lot of variety and themed nights so the food never felt repetitive, which can easily happen at these kinds of resorts. We stayed in June, and did this intentionally to avoid the summer crowd after school has finished for older children. We had our two and four year olds with us and the majority of the other guests were also families with your children. A lot of thought has been put into designing this resort to make it family and child friendly. The amenities available for young children are really amazing and our kids had a great time. This is a great place for a family holiday! There was nothing at all that disappointed us, but I’d say that this resort really caters to families. If you are young and single and hoping to enjoy some nightlife and meet other singles this may not be the place for you as Belek is very far from the city centre. The hotel works with a taxi company that charges flat rate prices in Euro that are double that of the metered price. So getting out of the resort to explore Antalya is expensive and time consuming since it’s at least a half hour drive to get to any of the major tourist attractions.

Very rich food selection all day long. Very friendly staff all around the hotel. Clean and secure environment. Nice and joyful activities. Wonderful garden. Superb stay, will definitely go again and highly recommend. All was great.

The best hotel we experienced in Belek. European oriented, clean, high quality pool and aquapark, it is always enough beds around the pool, even in crowded hours staff increases the amount of sunbeds. They pay attention to everything you need. Rooms super clean and fresh, cousine is various and delicious. They organize thematic evenings with live music. Big playground for children, also there is a separate aquapark for infants.
