Great nature, great kids club, ok restaurant Facilities are old, management is indifferent. Cash stolen from our room during our stay. Hotel acknowledged the incident and was unable to resolve it without a formal police report. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered dinner and a cabana. Use the in-room safe for all valuables.

Amazing property, multiple amenities, well kept. Food and service were excellent. Could have more structured activities for junior kids and younger teenagers. For example they have great art related workshops at their kids club but could offer same workshops at a higher level of skill for juniors and younger teenagers.

Very helpful friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Clean. Tasty food. Lovely fruit bar, ice-cream and waffle cafe, and patisserie and chocolate made fresh daily. Limited choice for celiac gluten free. For example the koftas and chicken were made with gluten containing seasonings. But there was always grilled fish, loads of salad and cheese and usually an Indian buffet. Then in the patisserie section, gluten free deserts are kept right next to gluten deserts so there is a possibility of cross contamination. It's a shame because getting gluten can spoil the evening.

Beautiful hotel with superb service! We stayed in february and some parts of hotel were closed, however it wasnt an issue for us. Heated big swimming pool and aquapark are great (very warm), as well as indoor pool and spa area. Kids club one of the best, we’ve been too, kids didnt want to leave, staff is super friendly and we really appreciate that! Would be glad to come back.

Food, beach area, vibe and nice design of outdoor, The Room was not remodeled

First of all , i thought i am going to brand new hotel , but this hotel was not a brand new hotel they just bought an old hotel and remodel the hotel , to be honest with you i did not like the rooms because the floor and doors was still old , walls was old , but the outdoor was nice specially the pier . The food was amazing . You can not find these food in any hotel in antalya . But i was shocked that i am entering an old hotel and paying lots of money to have an old room!!!!! But the service and all the people who work there constantly working hard to make people happy . The old room, walls, doors. We went to this hotel on sep 12 to 16 . There was no daily night show , it was like disco type music at beach club . And for the amount of money they charged we expect to see a night show !!!! Then we went to calista hotel and we paid less, but we had a daily night show at 2145

Food was delicious, rooms was amazing and big enough for us and our baby. Staff was really helpful and nice. Hotel looks pretty new and all equipment is simply amazing. This is not a negative of the hotel and it is not the hotel's fault. Almost 99% of the guests are from Russia and they behave very uncouth and condescending. They treat the staff rudely and sometimes I really felt sorry for the staff.
