Very well maintained. Looks new, probably built 10 or less years. Good variety of food, manageable at the beach. If you reserve your beach spots around 6:30 am you can get front line closest to the sea (if you have kids and want to keep an eye on them playing on the shore). Around 8 am still plenty of spots behind. By the way Wifi is more reliable at the back rows closer to the building. Wireless coverage is bad, so you have to rely on Wifi there. If you want to book a-la-carte restaurants do it the sooner the better. I booked on Wednesday and they gave me Saturday (our last night). 1. Beach towels cannot be exchanged at the end of the day closer to 7pm. You have to keep beach towels overnight to reserve the spots on the beach next morning. 2. Hotel does not deal with any bookings for the organized tours. The taxi to Antalya is 60 euros so round trip is 120 euros on top of any tour from Antalya. I booked transfers through Booking.com, cheaper (around $40 USD per trip). But you have to do this 24 hours ahead. Would be great if some affiliate travel agency have on-site agents to arrange the tours.

Very friendly and fast staff. Especially in the cafe above the pastry shop, where I would single out an employee who was always smiling while doing her work. When you open the terrace door it was very noise due to climate facilities I guess.

Access to the beach , food variety, sport facilities, nice sea views, swimming pool The night shows are very noisy and finish very late. If you are planning to get rest, this could be impossible. I went for a triathlon race and the night before the noise was extremely loud. I believe, the hotel doesn’t even take any consideration with guests that don’t want to join to the shows . They are not the best in customer service, not friendly . The pillows are uncomfortable and need an urgent renovation.

I specifically asked for a quiet room, and I got just the opposite. The disco that was supposed to cut the noise at half ten (this was guaranteed by the hotel on paper) continued way past midnight

Sandy beach. Polite & helpful staff. Entertainment program. Buffet. Our experience at the hotel was very good. We will definitely visit again. Our only advice, do not book the submarine trip, was a complete waste of €150, that's nothing to do with the hotel, it's run by a different company. Very rude staff I couldn't believe it.

Real all inclusive, huge pool with nice water slides, not crowdy despite huge number of rooms, cristal clear water in the sea, 12 tennis courts, lots of activities, nice shows every night, nice room, great weather end of October, several nice bars, numerous sun beds, Food was not really sophisticated, but still acceptable
