The hotel is excellent in terms of the variety of drinks and food. In this hotel you can find all kinds of beers in bottles including Corona and Miller. The staff is very friendly and responsible. The hotel has made some minor changes compared to last year, including: 1. The sushi restaurant was better and more varied last year. 2. The quality of the food was excellent and has even improved this year with more seafood

Musty smell in the room, bathroom was quite worn down, outside bars were dirty, crowded meal service

they gave us a room without a balcony, even though our reservation was for a room with a balcony. they didn't even apologize, but tried to convince us to stay. after our categorical refusal, the next day they gave us a room with a balcony. in certain places in the hotel - on floor -2 there is an unpleasant smell, the same is true for the rooms on the east side of the hotel. the beach to the hotel is not maintained and clean, in the morning the sunbeds are dirty and damp. the general areas of the hotel are not lit well enough. in general, the hotel uses quite intrusive and bright colors.

Size of the rooms, variety of pools, the beach, the fact that there was always an open restaurant, the 24/7 bar, the quality of the drinks. Parts of the hotel look old or not regularly maintained or cleaned, like the carpets or elevators. The rooms with sea view are also facing the scene where most shows take place. That means significant noise until midnight. If you want peace and quiet, don't chose such a room. It should be made clear during the booking process.

With the kids, 2 and 5, it was a rich experience with the sea access, big swimming pool with a shallow part, aqua park and kids club, and the fun atmosphere all around while being just as accomodating for the parents. so 10 out 10 for that. I think its a culture thing but smiles don't come easy, which make the "special great" where you sit in the lobby and they come to you with the papers is not too special nor meaningful as it felt forced. I tried the sport activities at the beach and i also tried the photography service near the swimming pool, both were "outsouced" parties and were below expectations and would NOT recommend them esp that the hotel doesnt seem to help inresolving any issues claiming they do not have any influence over their operations.

I spent a wonderful vacation with my family at Selectum Luxury Resort, and overall it was an excellent experience. The resort offers top-notch facilities, outstanding service, and great attention to detail. The food was delicious, varied, and of high quality. The beach and pools were beautiful and well-maintained, and the décor throughout the property was luxurious and tasteful. The Aqua Park is absolutely fantastic – fun and safe for both kids and adults, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special thanks to Amir, one of the staff members, who was extremely professional, helpful, and always smiling – he truly made our stay even better. The only point for improvement would be the room conditions – they could use more maintenance and attention, especially when it comes to some of the facilities and the air conditioning. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this resort for families looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation.

Is a luxury place,from entrance till to Pier everything is made perfectly,the stuff taking care of every detail to confer a mix of luxury and mystique.

Staff food and resort cleanliness. Side sea toom view had garbage and reconstruction view. Upon my request to upgrade the room I was switched to the side where the AC of the hotel was running all day making noises + the garbage outtake was on that side. Completely ruined my vacation views and plans. Regardless of the booking amenties for Golf courses with additional charge, upon my request the resort said they could not provide any assistance.

Great clean property, the pools are super clean and the restaurants selection is great. The kids club is also very clean and the staff and reliable and friendly. The food selection is endless, yet I found some food a bit oily, maybe the chef to reduce the oil a bit in the food.

The staff were so welcoming, made you feel right at home. They were very attentive to all your needs and you were informed daily of the activity programs. Samet and Sabiha were excellent, so helpful and kind The corridors could do with improved ventilation, as they were a bit warm

It was our second stay in this hotel.The accommodation is perfect for kids. We stayed there with kids from 1 to 8 years old and they enjoyed it. The activities (swimming pools and kidsclub), the food , the environment (even if the hotel was full it wasn't crowded around the pool or in the domain) was nice. During the cleaning of our room, one of my earbuds went missing. Although I believe this happened inadvertently, what has upset me the most is the lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the staff. The absence of any form of apology or accountability is troubling. Additionally, I was able to track the earbuds to the laundry room before losing all signal. This has made it evident that the earbuds were indeed taken during the cleaning process. This experience will undoubtedly impact our decision to stay with you again in the future.

None We recently stayed at your hotel and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The staff was not professional and did not respond to requests. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The room was dirty, and the towels provided were not clean. The food served was not satisfactory and clearly not fresh, making dining at the hotel unpleasant.

The family section, brimming with activities for children, is perfect for families with young ones. Most of the staff, especially our day and night assistants, were incredibly supportive, even though it appears that they lacked the resources to fulfil our requests promptly. The rooms in the main building of the hotel are quite dark, which may not appeal to those who dislike such design choices. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from more thorough maintenance. Initially, we were assigned a twin room with a view of the adjacent construction site, which was unsatisfactory. It took three days for us to be relocated to a different room.
