The fact that i could stay alive after all I saw the price was too high for the hostel so i expected a normal functioning and safe hostel. But no it turned out to be house of pakistani and russian immigrants, I didnt mind in the beginning, they r human like us and im staying few nights only. But they kept harassing me in the night pushing touching and forcing me to talk to them which prevented me from sleeping properly. I expected staff to assist me and save me from them or seperate us..but when i complained they said “u can leave without a refund if u don’t like the place”. I was planning to leave the next day immediately but i had to stay 1 more night because it was a weekend and everywhere else was fully booked. The staff woke me up started screaming and demanded to pay right now for my next valid booking, and after that they said that they are overbooked someone is coming to take my bed and i have to be evicted right now, they said i must voluntarily request refund and free cancellation through the platform or they say i won’t be getting any money and i must leave immediately too, and they refused to provide any evidence or written letter that they r overbooked and its their fauly but i have already proof for everything i mentioned here. I was relying on that booking it was a weekend and there was no other place to stay unless 10 times more expensive, so i was left homeless with luggage on the street and i asked if i could at least leave my luggage for few hours to find a hostel and continue my plans…they said i have to pay 7€ for that! Then i told him its unbearable and i must talk to a manager about this right now. The problem is that the manager was much worse than the staff themselves. She offered 2 solutions for the problem they caused themselves:- 1. Stay in female dorm for double the price that i booked, and i must leave a good review for the 3 bookings. (so there isnt any privacy for the girls) 2.

Location 1-Star Review – Hostel Stella Di Notte My experience at Hostel Stella Di Notte in Belgrade was extremely disappointing. I stayed there for 30 days and paid regularly, but the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. The owner, Ivana, was aggressive and disrespectful. She yelled at me in front of other guests, insulted me, and even falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior toward another guest, which never happened. She also made insulting personal comments about me that were completely untrue. Reception staff Mirko and Nikola were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive toward guests. Mirko frequently spent time on the terrace smoking weed instead of doing his job. Neither staff member appears to have proper professional or legal training for hospitality work. Hygiene was poor. Bed sheets were changed very rarely, around every 10 days. Two of my towels disappeared and staff acted as if they had no idea. Food from the shared kitchen also went missing. Receipts were not consistently provided and some staff seem to work without proper registration. The hostel atmosphere felt chaotic and unsafe. After paying for a full month, I expected professionalism, respect, and proper management. Instead I experienced insults, false accusations, and very poor service. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hostel.

Only location Booking Review My stay at Hostel Stella Di Notte lasted about 30 days , and unfortunately it ended as one of the most unpleasant accommodation experiences I have had. The main issue was the behavior of the owner, Ivana, who treated me in a very aggressive and disrespectful way. She yelled at me and made insulting comments in front of others. As a person with muscular dystrophy, I expected at least basic respect and professionalism, but instead I experienced humiliation and hostility. The reception staff, Mirko and Nikola, also behaved very unprofessionally. Their communication with guests often felt rude and dismissive, and Mirko frequently spent time on the terrace smoking instead of acting professionally at reception. During my stay I also experienced several other problems: * Two of my personal towels disappeared. * Food from the shared kitchen went missing more than once. * Bed sheets appeared to be changed very rarely (around every 10 days). * Receipts were not always provided for payments. The situation escalated when I was suddenly accused of inappropriate behavior toward a female guest, something I strongly deny. Being confronted with such a serious accusation without any evidence was extremely stressful. Cause was come 30 people groups and they expelled not just me but many guest's booked accommodation. After staying and paying for an entire month, I expected professionalism, transparency, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite For these reasons, I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
