The place was extremely good, nice and clean. Location in the city center.

Nothing there to like, false pictures and reviews. It's not a 4 star hotel as advertised it barely qualifies to be a hotel Misleading pictures and description. No entrance, no reception, it's on the 6th floor of a very old building, on the ground floor you have a cheap restaurant, 1st floor is night club (very loud), other floor are other businesses, didn't feel safe at all

close to the square and castle 1. Check out time is a surprising 10am; 2. the elevator was broken several times on the day when I stayed; 3. The front desk staff literally yelled at me when I complained about the elevator. I was forced to climb to the seven floor from the staircase.

Great room in the heart of Belgrade, looking directly to iconic Hotel Moskva.

Located right in the city centre, in a quiet area, with restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport all nearby.

The location is good. I didn’t sleep at all on the first night because there is a night club right downstairs that played loud music until 4am. And no one works at reception from 11pm onwards so no one was there helping me with the situation. Also I never got informed in advance about this. Plus, the location is in center but the hotel itself is so hard to find. It’s hidden in the building with no clear guidances. It took me quite some time to find it and when I ordered deliveries, none of the local delivery people could find this place. Then after a night of NO SLEEP , I came back to hotel room in the evening and realized that the drinks I ordered and placed in a bag under the table were thrown away as trash by the cleaning person, without my permission. I put all my trash in the trash bin but still they decided to throw away my unopened stuff. I spoke to the reception and they told me no solution. For everyone who wants to stay there, they will take all of your stuff on the ground as trash and throw them away, without even looking at what’s inside. They are the one who decides what’s trash for you and you can’t argue about it.

The location of the hotel is really central and is convenient to go and explore the city center. The elevator was not working and we had to climb 6 floors. Also, it was not market clearly where the entrance of the hotel was, as we had to take the stairs

Centrally located accommodation opposite the Hotel Moskva - very comfortable kingsize bed, fabulous shower and very helpful and friendly staff. There was nothing I didn’t like - perfect place to stay for a few days in Belgrade.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were clean for the most part, and the location was excellent. The balcony and views were outstanding and truly the highlight of the stay. A few small details could be improved, such as a missing sink stopper, some minor cosmetic fixes, and difficulty turning on the TV. None of these were major issues, but they’re worth noting.
