Hotel Moskva was one of the highlights of my time in Belgrade. The building itself is absolutely stunning — full of history, elegance, and old European charm — yet everything still felt comfortable and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the staff , Vuk Vucetic the bell man , made me feel genuinely cared for with professional and gracious service. Even went w me to the Apple Store to fix my phone challenges The location could not have been better. Being right in the center of Belgrade made it easy to explore the city on foot, whether for restaurants, shopping, historic sites, or evening walks. The atmosphere of the hotel feels timeless and sophisticated without being pretentious. My room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Sitting at the famous café with coffee and pastries while watching the city go by felt like a classic Belgrade experience. If you want a hotel with character, history, luxury, and an unbeatable location, Hotel Moskva is truly special. I would absolutely stay there again. Nothing! 100% European charm & elegance

They have only 4 parking spaces in front of hotel, which is too low count for this hotel.

Latte in restaurant was cold and not tasty

The location is great and also the overall value for money. The rooms are nice and we'll maintained, the amenities are top notch for its price point. The staff is very friendly but the manager was the best. The restaurant has lots of breakfast options and the view from the first floor is quite lovely. I can't think of any negative aspects. I had a good time there.

The air conditioning was not working in cooling mode, and it was not clear from the interface whether it was functioning at all. It simply would not reduce the temperature below the room level. We had to sleep with the window open, which was quite noisy. In the morning, we informed the manager that the air conditioning was not working. “We know,” she said. “And you checked us into a room without cooling?” “No,” she replied, “all rooms currently have heating on, as it is still officially winter in Serbia.” At the same time, the air conditioning in the lobby and other common areas was working in cooling mode without any issues. In the end, both the hostess and her manager laughed at us, which felt quite unpleasant. I live in Serbia. I have stayed at the renovated Hotel Balkan 8 or 9 times and will continue to return, as I like the hotel, its location, and the atmosphere. However, if something is not working, please leave a clear and polite note in the room. This would help avoid situations where guests are left feeling uncomfortable or misinformed.

I didn't like that my credit card was taken from me and my information was saved at reception. Card information is confidential and shouldn't be saved. I don't even know if my CVV code was saved or not. (This is a review about the procedure, not the staff.) Some items in the minibar were expired; otherwise, I could have consumed them. Also, the music in the hallway was a bit disruptive in the quiet of the night, and I think it should have been lowered down after 11 PM.

The best location my room was comfortable but small

It was our third time here. The hotel is quite fancy and luxurious, with stylish decorations, and the furnishings are a piece of craftsmanship. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of meals offered. The hotel is clean and cosy. And an excellent price.
-
quality of interior furnishings, good AC, staff was friendly, the location is great. breakfast was poor, the room with single bed was very small , spa and gym is also poor.

The bath tub would not stay full.

The hotel has a very convenient location in the center of Belgrade, making it easy to get around the city. The in-room environment was excellent: comfortable microclimate, well-functioning temperature control, good lighting, and truly impressive soundproofing — we could not hear our neighbors at all. Occasionally, there was some noise from cars outside, but it was minimal and did not bother us, even though we were staying with children. Our room had a bathtub, which was quite long and comfortable. It was especially pleasant to use in the evenings during the winter stay. The corridors deserve a special mention: they were impeccably clean, elegant, and even felt somewhat luxurious — noticeably more impressive than the rooms themselves. Despite the availability of a luggage trolley, we never saw it in use, and no assistance with luggage was offered upon arrival. Drinking water in the room was not replenished; at the reception we were told that tap water in Belgrade is drinkable, which may be true but is still not ideal for a hotel of this level. Breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but the quality was good. Everything was well presented, there was plenty of staff, and items were consistently replenished.
