Beautiful building. Great ambiance. Excellent location Great breakfast Hotel is old. Rooms and corridors are smelly. AC doesn’t work. Mattress is not comfortable. Bathroom tub is small and dangerous to get in and out. Too many flies in the breakfast area. When we asked to be compensated they refused and only offered a 20 euro cab ride to the airport.

El hotel es hermoso, tiene una excelente ubicación, la atención del personal es fantástica, y el desayuno delicioso y variado.

On the balcony there were some open wires and electric cords. It didn't seems dangerous but for this hotel it should be all perfect. My kids were there playing also...

The location and the atmosphere.

It reminds everyone about the great tradition Serbia has in hospitality, high-end services and style. Rooms are amazing. Beautifully decorated classical furniture with a unique sense of style that reminds one of Serbian culture. No negative feedback

Location and ambience The main entry is so full of collectors that we couldn't walk easily into the hotel.

Мы попросили сохранить наши чемоданы до вечера, так как наш полет был лишь ночью, они с готовностью их отведи в отдельное место, выдали купон и потом выдали обратно когда мы пришли за ними. Однозначно рекомендую!

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. The staff very helpful and kind. The size of a standard room. It was much smaller than any “standard” rooms we have ever stayed in

The building is beautiful and in a good location for walkability. Staff was nice. It was quite enoug to sleep. Room was VERY hot when we arrived and we had to get ready for dinner reservations in the heat. Bathroom was very small with no plugs to plug in hair equipment. The shower was very small my husband didn’t fit and it sprayed water everywhere. Paying 100Euro for a 20 Minute each way airport shuttle was a bit much. The bed was comfortable but room was very small to maneuver luggage in unless you only have 1 (we had 4 checked bags). There’s unnecessary space taken up by a random chair and small table in front of the bed.

The location is amazing. The food is excellent at the hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms have a moldy smell. There was no complimentary water bottles in the rooms.
-
The location and its historical value. The front desk people were very kind and very smart. The rooms had a moldy smell. Also there was no complimentary water in any of the rooms. We had to get our own water or pay €7 for their bottle.

My husband and I booked the junior suite for our honeymoon. We knew the storied reputation of Hotel Moskva (not least of which the Moskva šnit was the inspiration for our wedding cake), but we didn't realize we'd stay in the same room that Alfred Hitchcock stayed in! Looking out the windows in the turret made us wonder what the view must have been like when he was there. Every facet of our stay was second to none. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of breakfast/brunch options, including a gentleman preparing omelets by preference. Considerable bread selection, fruits, meats, eggs, desserts, and drinks. There was a live pianist playing each time we went down, and one evening there was even a guest opera singer performing. The spa in the basement was also divine. We didn't make use of any massages, but from what we saw on the menu, there was a great variety. We truly felt like we were transported back in time. 10/10. The only thing I would have changed was the temperature of the jacuzzi in the spa. My husband and I are American and we're used to piping hot water.
