It’s a nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. Beds were very comfortable, the room ( for a couple and one child) was big . The staff was very kind and informative. It’s very good value for money. We stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately they didn’t clean the room or changed the towels after first night.

I had a really nice stay here. The location is great, just a block from Hotel Moskva and an easy walk to Kneza Mihaila, with lots of shops and restaurants, and also not far from Republic Square. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and quiet, so I could really relax. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options.

We chose this hotel for a very special reason — to be close to the hospital for the birth of our baby — and ended up staying almost a full week. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly supportive and accommodating, especially when we had to extend and rebook our room due to delays. Even during peak season, they handled everything with flexibility, understanding, and genuine care. But what truly made this stay unforgettable happened on the day of our baby’s arrival. We came back to find a beautiful surprise waiting for us: a bottle of rakija, chocolates, and a heartfelt handwritten postcard congratulating us. It was completely unexpected and deeply touching — a gesture that meant so much during such an emotional and special moment. This is not just a hotel with great service — it’s a place with heart. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel cared for in the most meaningful way. We will never forget this experience. Thank you for being part of one of the most important moments of our lives ❤️

The staff was so nice and cooperative and helpful specially the nice Girl at the reception and the young boy at the bar who speaks English Russian and Ukrainian, they all was nice and welcoming.

very good location within walking distance to Republic square and city center. quiet. very good breakfast. Check in process was very bad for us. we arrived early morning and were told to come back at 15:00. No complaints about that. we came back two minutes before 15:00 and were asked to wait few minutes. We did, and while we were waiting another group arrived (after us) and the staff reception treated them and forgot us, after another 15 minutes we approached again and finally got rooms. An hour later, they knocked our doors and asked us to move to other rooms because they made a mistake. we had to pack and move again.

Fast free wifi, comfortable bed and great location. There was noise coming from the ventilation at random times, including night.
