Good central location — easy to walk in different directions and reach various parts of the city on foot. There was also a convenient shop nearby. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. The room looked noticeably worn and didn't match the photos on the listing — the light fixtures were visibly loose, and there weren't enough power outlets. I had booked a double bed but was placed in a room with two separate beds. When I asked to be moved, I was told they would simply push the two beds together. I agreed, but it was obviously uncomfortable, and the mattresses themselves were sagging and tired. The in-room amenities also felt below what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel: no slippers, no basic toiletry kit (I had to request a toothbrush at reception), and bottled water was charged for rather than offered as a complimentary touch.

Super central location, quiet hotel with a perfectly sized single room. Very clean, great house keeping staff and excellent amenities for a good value. Perfect for a solo traveler. A huge selection of tv channels with lots of great movies too. Used their laundry service and it was very fast and not bad value. Amazing breakfast too! Will definitely come back Was there during a heatwave and had some difficulty last day with the temperature of the room, some outlets are old yugo style but not a problem

Easy check-in, great staff, very clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Good buffet. Cleanliness and air-conditioning are very good. Nice location. Price/comfort ratio is almost perfect. Would recommend to anyone. The hotel provides a bar with beverages and drinks, but for price. Price list are on the top of the drawer with embedded fridge. First off - this is not obvious that this price list relates to the bar in the fridge and not relates to the hotel bar. So, looks like a small cheat. Second - most of the fridge space is occupied by the drinks, so there is no much space for own drinks.

The room was satisfactory. The aircon was very loud. One tea bg and one coffee was not adequat. The promise of a welcome coffee was not kept. The discount of 15% on food in the restaruiant was not honoured. A hotel should be able to suply a local map showing the town. The hotel should have been able to willingly supply infomration about bus routes and times. The bar ran out of ice saying the ice machine had brken down. I was given the general feeling that some of the staff didn't want to be bothered to be helpful.

Staff was very nice and caring and paid attention to all details. Room had everything you need and spacious Location is central but still some minute walk to major monuments (not something to avoid for) The most important thing is Isolation of windows can be improved specially when there is traffic in the morning or cars at night

Rooms a little bit outdated

Excellent breakfast with delicious traditional Serbian food. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great central location and very affordable price. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was rude He claimed we didn't pay for the room , but we did We showed him confirmation for payment, but he ignored it Later he checked with a colleague and she confirmed we paid. She forgot to write it down.

The staff is excellent,front desk and dining room.The breakfast buffet is very good.The location is walking distance to the city center,the Danube,etc The room was quite small,but modern and the tea and coffee facility in room was appreciated.
