It is cozy and a great place to stay. There are convenient amenities nearby, so there is no inconvenience. On top of that, even after I had checked out, they willingly and wholeheartedly helped me resolve an issue caused by a vehicle breakdown. I cannot express my gratitude enough. My trip to Žabljak was truly memorable, and I will definitely visit again. None

The hotel was centrally located, clean and tidy, with excellent customer service from the staff. Would 100% stay here again if I was visiting Belgrade. Nothing, it exceeded my expectations.

We had a highly pleasant one-night stay at Simma luxury apartments. The location is absolutely outstanding, situated just a stone's throw away from the iconic Hotel Moskva, which made exploring Belgrade on foot incredibly easy. Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything to us upon arrival. The room itself was clean, modern, and perfectly fine for our needs. The only minor detail is that the room was on the smaller side, though this was not an issue at all for a short stay. Otherwise, we had no complaints!

The location is excellent — you are in the heart of Belgrade, and most tourist attractions can be reached within a 5–10 minute walk. Although the rooms face a very busy street, due to the good soundproofing you can barely hear any noise. The bed was super comfortable, and the linen and towels were clean. The toiletries were of very good quality. We got a last-minute deal, and it was a bargain considering how great the location is. The room was quite dusty — there was a lot of dust and hair under the bedside table. There were no TV channels, and no Wi-Fi password was shown anywhere in the room. The reception was already closed, so there was nobody to ask. The bathroom is really tiny, the toilet was not flushing properly, and there was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere and caused rust around the sink and the cabinet underneath it. The apartments are located in a very old and rusty building, where other tenants spend time drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes, even inside the building near the main entrance. It was a really disappointing sight. Although the lady at the reception tried to be nice, it felt somewhat fake. In the bathroom and hallway, some of the light bulbs were out, and the curtain was falling apart.

Everything was good and the staff was helpful and kind . Recommended!

This property was amazing in every way. Filip, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of nearly everything you could want in the neighborhood. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail clearly planned to ensure guests feel at ease. Filip went above and beyond, even helping me with my bags during both check-in and check-out. His hospitality truly sets this place apart and makes it one of the most convenient and welcoming stays in Belgrade. If I return to Belgrade, I will absolutely stay here again. None

The assistance from the staff was fabulous...............outstanding. I cannot commend them enough. I had credit card issues and could not receive an OTP. Pavle used his personal account to resolve this for me on two occasions. His brother, who was on reception on the second occasion, was equally as helpful That is way beyond what I would have experienced at a hotel or another apartment. The bed, linen and towels were great. Nicest linen I have had in an apartment or at a hotel for some time. The cleaning lady was also a gem. It is not so much about what I did not like as accepting that there is ongoing work to perfect the apartments. Reception was always ready to assist.

The room was very cozy and fully equipped, the staff was welcoming and helpful, we got some tips from them about Belgrade attractions. The location is perfect to reach every sight by walking or taking a public transport.
