The room is a bit small

It was clean, very close to city center, conveniant in all ways they didn’t put vanity set… only missing thing

Rooms are very nice with thoughtful touches and items included. Smooth online check-in process. Great location. Minor stuff. The building itself isn't exactly amazing, and the front door to it was not locked so anyone could come in.

The property was very clean and accessible! Both employees were interacted with at check in and out were very pleasant. Nothing it was just as described!

The hotel is very good: the rooms are small but comfortable, and they have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the room is cleaned every day. The location is wonderful. I would also like to say something special about the staff — they are the best I’ve ever met while traveling. Very welcoming, friendly, always available, and ready to help with anything. They even let me keep my tomato in their fridge!)) I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely come back!

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and friendly, and we experienced no communication issues throughout our stay. Even before arrival, all of my messages were answered promptly and clearly. The location is excellent—most major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airport via a direct bus connection, followed by a short walk of approximately 15 minutes from the nearest stop. In addition, there are plenty of nearby options for groceries, dining, and casual food. There is a cinema in the adjacent building, and my room was directly facing that side. As a result, low-frequency bass noise from the late screenings was audible in the room until the final session ended. This could be disruptive, particularly for light sleepers.

Mostly kind staff, ladies at reception are amazing. Great location, walking distance to everything.nicely decorated and functional room. Would highly recommend it.

Room was absolutely tiny, could barely turn around in it. Cleaner left half an iced starbucks drink in my room. Gross. Cleanliness very questionable.

Great decoration, tasteful and simple. Things worked well. Good location overall despite the entrance of the building not feeling like a hotel, for the price it's a great way to explore Belgrade! Nothing
