There were no real downsides. The only small issue was that the fridge did not work at first, but it was fixed quickly.

While the breakfast wasn't overly extensive, everything offered was fresh and of good quality. The hotel is located a bit outside of the city center, but catching a taxi was very affordable and hassle-free. On the plus side, the location is incredibly convenient for shopping: there are two large shopping malls within walking distance, and a supermarket is located right next door. As for the room itself, it came with some great features, including roller shutters (perfect for a good night's sleep), a small private balcony, and a handy minibar. A special thanks to the staff—since we had to check out in the middle of the night, they kindly prepared a breakfast/lunch box for us to take on the go. That was a lovely and much-appreciated touch! The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful location, the staff is very kind, the breakfast was very good, we would like to visit it again in the future.

The staff is very good, clean rooms, they change the towels very often and clean the room, the breakfast is super. Private, free parking. Large rooms. It was a bit dark at the room when there was no sunlight.

Noise isolation from outside (street) could be better. You can still sleep well - we were tired and even though we slept like angels.

We came late at night so we didn't notice the sheets and pillowcases were dirty until morning. I thought housekeeping will change them but they entered while we were away just to change towels and didn't even touch the rest of the room. Now we got back to Zagreb with rash and skin itch. I don't know if it's due to cheap washing powder or dirtiness itself, but it's a shame for a 4 star hotel.

It was only a big room There was no internet in the room they disconnected the internet bcs the socket was broken. It eas 2 am and My baby can’t sleep without music so she couldn’t sleep all night bcs the neighbours dogs barking. And the other day when my baby is sleeping they knock the door and rang the bell bcs a guy came for the fix something and they woke my baby up. So for resting i dont recommend this hotel. And the breakfast was the same everyday, not even a bread changed?
