The front desk stuff is phenomenal
-
Shower slippery, with nothing to hold on to.

Nice location Nothing

Unfortunately distance from hotel to parking place isa bit far away. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Staff were exceptional, location perfect and room spacious and comfortable. Temperature control in the room was a bit confusing
-
Everything from place, location, staff, food was top notch

Great location within walking distance of many locations in the old centre and bus stops. Large rooms with relatively comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with good selection. Staff at the front desk were usually very helpful. The room was very hot on the first night with temperatures reaching 25 C, making it very hard to sleep. Could not turn down temperature in room, only turn it off but when opened the window the heat automatically turns on again. When I asked the front desk the next day, they could not turn down the temperature only turn off the heat entirely. While I was out that day they went into the room and left the window open so when I returned the temperature had dropped to 15 C. I do not like to leave the window open while I am gone and would have preferred they asked me before they did this.

Very good location, nice room and a pleasant breakfast nothing to specify

Location is perfect for the tourists. In the heart of Belgrade, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
-
Good location, interesting lobby, very reasonable price Complicated remote for climate-system, light noise coming from a bathroom (from some kind of detector on a floor?)
-
Everything was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable, Wi-Fi was excellent, and the location in the city center was ideal, terrace and nice view. Breakfast ok. For this price, very good choice.
-
Very central property that is exceptionally clean and near to all the main sites. Very friendly staff. Nothing, it was all great

Staff was phenomenal. Milica the lady that works in Spa section was amazing. Hotel is clean. Location, location, location. For $131 you can't beat the price and location. Very relaxing. Easy vibe. I would LOVE to stay there again. More shelf space in bathroom. TV was wonky not all channels were showing.

The property is a small boutique hotel in the heart of old town. Rooms are pretty small for western standards but overall appeal is average. Shower was a significant issue - water is effectively free flowing out of the shower due to poor design . It is also very small in terms of size. Staff could not accommodate our requests - as we prepaid our trip in full we had to leave one day early. No complimentary breakfast or anything. Thy took note and did not offer anything.
-
The best location for the Belgrade old town and castle. Great staff, friendly and helpful with recommendations. Excellent breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel, comfortable, central location. We only spent one night but were very happy.

I love staying here. The rooms a big, the windows are huge, everything feels clean. You can really tell the maintenance people check every detail of this place. Dings have been filled in and repairs have been made and I really see the effort. It not new but it doesn't feel run down. The people here really take care of the place! Breakfast is amazing, staff speaks English and check in was fast. The rooms have robes and slippers (my favorite)! Beds are soft, pillows not bad, rooms are quiet. Its my 3rd time here and I intend to return a 4th! Location is great, too! Bathroom are nice (very nice shampoo and body wash!) but shower is a little moldy? Coat hook fell off the wall but that might be my fault (sorry)

A small, beautiful and excellent boutique hotel in the city center.

The Envoy Hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Belgrade. Its location couldn’t be better as you are within walking distance of almost everything worth seeing, from the lively pedestrian streets and cafes to the city’s main cultural landmarks. The hotel itself has every basic need covered, and then goes beyond with a gym, saunas, and other. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that make your stay even smoother. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll feel well taken care of. What truly sets the Envoy Hotel apart is the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with genuine warmth. The staff goes out of their way to assist, answer questions, and make sure you get the most out of your time in Belgrade. Senka, in particular, provides 24/7 friendly assistance to help you explore the city and get the best out of your time here. Their hospitality leaves a lasting impression and elevates the whole experience. If you want a place that combines an unbeatable location, great facilities, and outstanding service, the Envoy Hotel should be at the top of your list.

The location was great - near lots of restaurants and attractions. The room was one of the most thoughtfully designed that I have experienced; layered lighting exactly where it belonged, super-comfy bed, well-appointed bathroom, nice amenities. Excellent breakfast in a lovely, sunlit space. Proximity to the Obličev Venac garage made transferring luggage to the car super easy, even though the hotel itself is in a pedestrian-only area. Staff were kind and helpful. A bit expensive, but high-touch for the price range. I’d stay again. A smalI quibble: I had requested early check-in in advance, and was informed that my request would be accommodated, subject to availability. When I arrived, I was told there’d be an extra charge for early check-in, which wasn’t mentioned in advance. Ultimately the fee was waived, though.
