The hotel has 8 luxuriously furnished rooms, 4 superior rooms and 3 suites and it offers organization of conferences, seminars and banquets in a special VIP hall, equipped with modern conference facilities. The Orasac offers guests both national and international dishes. The restaurant is open from 07:00 - 23:00 and breakfast is served from 07:00 - 10:00. Room service is available from 07:00 - 23:00. Upon request the hotel staff prepares lunch packages for guests checking out before 07:00.

Breakfast could be better. Coffee is served separately and paid in case one wants to have a refill. The hotel is located in a quiet area and parking is free.

I was given the same room as during my previous visit, and unfortunately, some of the issues I experienced back then still haven’t been fixed. First of all, the window blinds were broken. When I tried to pull them down, they wouldn’t stay in place, and even when I managed to lower them, they would go back up on their own. Another major issue was the restaurant area. There is supposedly a non-smoking section, but it isn’t physically separated from the rest of the space. As a result, cigarette smoke spreads throughout the entire area. Because of this, I avoided eating there most of the time—I skipped several breakfasts and didn’t come for lunch or dinner, even though I had planned to, simply because of the smoke.

Great location with dedicated parking, clean and has all the amenities needed. Breakfast was absolute amazing and staff was always very helpful and friendly Just a note that hotel doesn't have an elevator but it's only 3 floors and all rooms are on 2nd and 3rd

We’ve stayed here many times due to needing to be in this part of the city but the hotel had its drawbacks. The hotel staff is very nice, the rooms are nice but a little dated. The rooms and dirty and the housekeeping department needs an overhaul. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Dirty floors. They only vacuum every three days and it shows. Sheets can only be changed every three days. I don’t think our bathroom was even cleaned from the previous guests. The phone was disgusting and dirty. The cleanliness of the room was poor.

Roomy, good Buffett breakfasts. AC not typical in Europe and can be hot on top floor when temps rise above 36 and AC not very good.

We spent a night there(saturday - sunday), and in the hotel restaurant(rooms are basically above the restaurant) they organized birthday party. It lasted until 1AM, so, we didn't have a good sleep.
