Excellent location, fine property Breakfast was good but could benefit from better coffee

Spa access, room size, breakfast was good This stuff wasn’t very friendly, the check in time was more than 20 minutes, even though all was prepayex, but we were the only one at the desk, and kids were tired and started playing, and instead of doing everything faster, they only complained about the behavior but we did nothing wrong. Then went to the restaurant, they said it’s open till 23, but guys the covered all the tables with the tablecloth earlier and said they have to spray the area from the flies… eventually we had dinner thought…

Excellent location and facilities, rooms are great and spacious, Enjoyed our stay at Belgrade. Staff very accommodating we got a suite and joining room for kids great facilities and dining option and to relax at tea house for afternoon tea. NA

This is third time we stay in this hotel. Spacious and relaxing spa, almost perfect breakfast and we also ordered some food to the room and it also was good. Perfect soundproofing, spacious bathroom. We love this place! Breakfast can get quite busy depending on the time you go. You can order additional a la carte dishes during breakfast (the menu is on the table), but don't expect the waiter to come to you - you'll likely need to catch their attention and place your order yourself. The reception can also be very slow. We had to wait in line for quite a while during check-in.

Everything was good apart from the staff at Tea House which is overtly busy and we practically had to chase them for orders every-time we sat there for meetings during our 6 days of stay. Staff availability & attentiveness at Tea House. Breakfast could be better.

Sve je bilo super - odlican izbor za dorucak, ljubazno osoblje na svakom koraku, cistoca na nivou, udobni kreveti, posteljina snijezno bijela. Rado se vracam ovom hotelu, bez ijedne zamjerke, sve preporuke.

Breakfast was great, I loved serbian food. Spa is amazing, very clean and warm with big swimming pool and all things you need to relax, spa is my fav spot in the hotel.

Very friendly, professional and attentive staff. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds. High level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Good breakfast with a wide selection of international and local options. Nice spa, gym and wellness facilities. Elegant atmosphere and overall “classic luxury” feel Convenient location in New Belgrade, well connected to the airport and city. The hotel is not new — the interior feels somewhat dated in places. Location is not in the historic city center (requires taxi or car). Prices is relatively high for Belgrade. Breakfast and service can occasionally feel inconsistent during busy periods.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff who took out suitcase and parked our car. The check-in was easy as well. All though we took a standard room, it was spacious and clean. The hotel in general is nice and clean, they even have a nice garden in the lobby. Special praise has to go to Metropolitan, as we had our a la carte lunch there and it was super tasty. Generally, great experience, no hidden costs, no problems, it is as it's stated. The location was also good for us, since we came to Belgrade for a concert which was 10 minutes away by foot. Keep in mind, we didn't use other facilities, like Gym or a Spa. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Kind of expensive and not location near the center but from other side the very great breakfast, warm and rich atmosphere in the hotel. So i would suggest it to other.

Next morning when i stepped in the shower area i almost slipped since the water never drained
