Jump INN Hotel Belgrade

The room was very clean as well as the toilette and the shower. Complementary chocolates on the pillows and water bottle on the table too. The view from the room was good as well. Even parked a hotel parking lot. Everything was top notch. Would recommend for sure. 10/10 Nothing related to hotel that's for sure. This one stays blank.

Perfect

Our standard double room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and fresh linen. Upon request, we were provided with slippers and bathrobes. We also loved the sports-themed design of the hotel, founded by former Yugoslav Olympic triple jump finalist Milan Spasojevic, it gives the place a unique character. The only minor issue occurred on our last full day, when our room was not cleaned despite us confirming that it should be. After informing reception, a staff member quickly came to take out the trash and make the beds. I believe rooms should be properly cleaned throughout the entire stay, especially in a 4-star hotel. It seemed that the housekeeping staff might have assumed that since we were leaving the next day, a full cleaning was not necessary. Aside from this minor issue, everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return again. Overall, we rate our experience 9 out of 10.

I have stayed at the Jump Inn multiple times over the years and it has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay. Nice rooms, great WiFi, friendly staff and located within walking distance of the city centre and the river. And is an easy cab ride from the airport. Nothing to dislike.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. None.

Location,nice staff

It was very nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly. When I chose the room, it stated it faced the road. But the room I stayed in faced the interior. This bothered me a bit because of my claustrophobia. I don't know if it was a problem with booking.com or the hotel. It was still very nice, and I recommend it.

Gorgeous hotel with professional and helpful staff (on desk 24 hours!). Everyone spoke perfect English which we appreciated. The location was ideal for the one night that I needed somewhere close to the airport and some city attractions like the waterfront and much more. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but there was some nearby construction that made it a bit hard for taxis to park. I was there in late August 2025, so hopefully construction will finish soon, but just a heads up!

Location Carpet was stained and the faucet in the bathroom was loose. Access to the property was blocked due to road construction. There was no information for guests ahead of time about the best way to get to the hotel due to road work.

Our stay at Jump Inn was very enjoyable. The hotel is modern, cozy, and only about a 10-minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring Belgrade. There was some road construction right in front of the hotel (government works, nothing the hotel could control), so we had a small glitch reaching the entrance the first time, but managed by finding our own way around. Once inside, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good spread, though I did miss having eggs made to order. Service overall was impeccable. Special thanks to Tina at checkout for arranging a taxi big enough to fit all our luggage, which made departure stress-free. A great choice if you want comfort, warm service, and a central location in Belgrade. There was road construction right in front of the hotel, which made it a little tricky to reach the entrance at first. This was beyond the hotel’s control, but it did cause a small inconvenience. Also, I missed having freshly made eggs at breakfast.

The breakfast is very rich and you can find everything you need to start your day! Wi-fi in room was low.

We really loved this hotel. It was so comfortable, and cozy. The cutest jr. family room! The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming…especially one receptionist named Marija.♥️

Room too small, it was too cold and I couldn't change the temperature

Clean room, I was staying in March and room was perfectly heated. Excellent breakfast with lots of bakery to choose. It would be nice to have disposable slippers in the room

It is clean, bed is comfortable, toilet is well equipped. For the purpose of my staying, location was fantastic. Neighborhood seems safe. Staff was ok but not for 10.
