The owner's daughter was helpful. The address on Booking is incorrect, we barely found the location. The street and the streets around it are in an awful shape.

Very good people, clean rooms clean bathroom and a very nice bed. For the money we paid I honestly expected much worse but it positively suprised me. The bus connections are also very good, it is even close to the night bus which came in very handy at 2 in the morning. Absolutely loved the place, if I visit Belgrade i will go there again. The only bad part was that the wifi was weak, other than that it was amazing.

It was a quiet neighborhood and I was able to walk to the supermarket and the city (as long as you like walking) I messaged to ask if I could come slightly earlier than the time check in was stated on Booking, between 15h and 23h but got no reply so I arrived at 15h and there was nobody there, door locked.Then I get a message I can only come after 17h and they will be there to meet me. 17h came and went. 1735 they open the door. Unfortunately the picture of the front of the hotel is slightly misleading, I would say it's starting to resemble an abandoned building. In my room the main light had no cover (just 2 light bulbs of which only 1 works) and kept making it trip. Again nobody about so had to find the fuse box myself to keep switching it back on. The bedding and towels did not fit the bed and looked like they were from the 80s. The mirror in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and the shower curtain rail was held up with a piece of old wire. Also nowhere to put the shower head. Just some simple maintenance would make a difference here.

staff very friendly. simple good breakfast. clean room, smelled nice. free parking. location was hard to find. street to hotel was full with holes. it was cold in the room but we received a heater.
