Room was large and bed was great. AC worked well enough with a large bathroom and a nice staff Rooms a bit outdated for a truly high end hotel. Very old, small tv with no modern connections, desk chair brutally uncomfortable to sit on, shower had a musk, breakfast options were great but consistenty rough - eggs too cold, yogurt too warm. Overall a good hotel, but with it's limits

Modern, Clean, Amazing Staff! And make sure you ask for Andrijana at the Guest Relations desk... she make my stay suoer comfortable! Organised cars, restaurants and everything else i needed! 10\10 will be back soon! ♛ The Spa was incredible Nothing really, my stay was Great!

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Huge shower, comfy bed, good wifi. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices. Location is good as well! All good.

Very good rooms with everything you expect are in place. The bed is comfortable with a variety of pillow options. location is very good. Closer to restaurants and a few city attractions like St. Church.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The AC in our room wasn’t working. They sent a maintenance person who checked however the AC was blowing hot air and wasn’t fixed. We weren’t able to sleep because we were both sweating but the staff couldn’t do anything else

The size of the room is very comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of options. The valet service is excellent with an option to park in the garage, especially comfortable for the summer days. The spa facilities are clean with good size.

An excellent location on the edge of the old city. Good value for money and very friendly staff. Rooftop restaurant is a "must visit" for its stunning views - especially sunset.

Seems staff lacks discipline as there is a lot of them but missing cleanliness during breakfast or in pool area.

Buffet breakfast was diverse and nice; the room (Family suite) is huge; the hotel really has somewhat old-chique vibe, as expected. The managers allowed us to check out a bit later than we were supposed to. Some of the room facilities are old; in general, this didn't feel like a 5-star place. Housekeeping was not daily: on the second day of my stay, nobody came to clean the trash bin; when I told this to guest-relation service, things improved. One of the managers at the reception was always grumpy. Beware: the hotel hosts a lot of graduation parties during this season, in addition to the usual conferences and corporate meetings, so the lobby can be crowded with students.

The spa facilities were amazing and were included in the room price. Staff are incredibly friendly and offered good advice. Breakfast was very good, coffee was ok, but not the best. the room was very comfortable, however the curtains didnt close entirely and the outside light was shining into the room. Parking at the hotel came at a very steep price.

The bathroom has everything you could possibly need, totally stocked, so no need to bring anything. The staff were super polite, helpful, and thoughtful. Only that I could not stay one more day! ?

Great luxury hotel in Belgrade situated in good location with nice rooftop Michelin star grade restaurant. I really liked the SPA complex and the staff was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of diverse. It surely needs more details on cleaning and overall the hotel needs some fixing here and there, details really matter when you are 5 star rated. We had a double room but towels and amenities only for a person, I did not liked that because I had to ask for thing that are supposed to be there.
