In addition, all the staff I have met, including the front desk have been very friendly and helpful. I was expecting the complimentary continental breakfast of coffee and pastries the first morning. Instead, it was surprisingly wide-ranging and abundant - tea, milk, coffee, orange juice, bagels, waffles, toast, jam, cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, quality yogurt (Chobani), as well as the packaged pastries : )

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This was our second stay and we would stay there again!

Nice location and decent breakfast

The continental breakfast is great! The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was clean. The last morning there, when we got up early, there was no hot water in the bathroom. It returned, however, a couple hours later in the morning.

Great hotel. Lovely owners and staff. The breakfast options are awesome. It's in such a convenient spot too.

Upon arriving staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and entire hotel was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly better than anticipated due to small area to eat we thought it would be muffins bagels and coffee, but offered a nice variety of food. Again the staff was very friendly and kept the small breakfast area very clean and stocked. Will stay here agin

Friendly staff, clean room, and convenient location. The breakfast available was also nice as was the eat-in area. We laughed when we saw signs for a pool and when we entered the room, we realized they meant billiards not a swimming pool.

The staff was friendly both upon arrival and check out. The room was spacious, beds comfortable. Everything was clean. The only small detail was the smell of the cleaners used was quite prominent, but I'd rather that than unclean. We were on the ground floor, and it was quiet. Plenty of parking. The breakfast bar has all the basics you need to start your day. If passing through again I'd rebook here.

Clean room, clean property, great location. I am definitely coming back to stay here whenever I’m in Bellingham. Solid option especially for the price.

The room was clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. The setting options of the air conditioner was perfect. I had a problem with the TV/remote system but once I could turn it on I saw a lot of channels to choose from, so many more channels than I’ve experienced in many other hotels. The breakfast choices are basic but I was happy to find some yogurt without artificial sweetener, or sugar but it had fruit in it so it was nicely sweetened with 16g of protein! That’s a bonus for me who wants protein in the morning not carbs:) Our checkout was fast and we were on our way back to Canada. I would recommend this hotel.

It's older but definitely clean for an older hotel and quiet--all the things you need were there. The man who helped us get into the room was wonderful. The wifi not good and the man who checked us in was not the friendliest.
