As soon as we enter the building, it smells, the hallway stinks. The bed was okay, looks like it’s clean, the bath tub has yellowish part of it, the shower was cold no hot and cold, it was ice cold. The sink in the bathroom has hot water and I don’t understand why no hot water in the shower, one of the sink outside the bathroom was clogged and the water won’t go down. We can hear some loud footsteps from occupants of the room above and noise from the hallway, so the stay was not pleasant and we were not able to sleep well. For the rate of over $200, I don’t think the stay was worthy. We will never go back to that FairBridge again.

Room felt dirty, stained sheets, bugs. Tv and refrigerator did not work. Broken smoke detector.

Run down, the desk chair was broken but I didn't really need it. There was a pool but it was covered the whole time. There was a washer/dryer for guest use but it was out of order. The mini fridge in the room was extremely noisy. We paid $200 for a Saturday stay, which is ridiculous for this place.

Honestly, this place is a dump. Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The carpet in the room was disgusting - stained, stucked gum, and dusty. The shower had missing tiles and the toilet seat was peeling. The sheets appeared clean, the shower was serviceable, the ac worked, and the lamps all worked, but those are about the only positives I can come up with. The staff were pleasant. The common areas were gross. The closed pool is an eyesore, and the interior carpet wasn't vacuumed for the duration of my stay (4 days/3 nights). I stepped over the same crushed chips and hair balls on the stairs for 4 days. Inexpensive hotels can be fine and a good value. But the lack of cleanliness of this place is unacceptable.

The room was extremely dirty, shower was not clean at all. Hair in the bed as soon as I pulled back the covers. I woke up first thing in the morning and left immediately because it was so disgusting. Will not come back.

Hotel needs many repairs, never any staff at the front desk, no amenities but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. If you are just looking for a place to crash, this is the hotel for you. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, I'd recommend a different hotel

Overpriced for the condition and quality of services.

I was so disappointed by this experience. Bellingham deserves better. I checked-in, walked to my room, promptly booked myself a hotel elsewhere (Lavissh was great, and the Leo is also nice), and checked-out within 20 minutes of checking in. The floors throughout the halls were extremely dirty, the pool was inoperable and clearly had been for a long time, there were trash bags overflowing the garbage cans in the halls, the shared patio area, where people cooked food on grills, was disgusting. The room itself had dirty walls and no effort had been made to make it look inviting or presentable. It seemed like this property was frequently booked for longer term residents, but that the management staff made very little effort to stay on top of the impact that longer term use can have on the property, hence the garbage in the halls and dirty community spaces. The people staying there long-term deserve better. I was able to get a refund for 2 of the 3 nights, but the hotel did not refund me the first night, even though I didn't stay there more than 20 minutes.

Broken bathroom. Dirty and smell carpet. Couldn’t stay for few seconds and left immediately.

Refused to stay

When I pulled into the parking lot the outside property was dirty. There were hotel guests (or residents) eye balling anyone who had pulled into the parking lot. They appeared to be smoking from some balcony. For as poor of a condition this property was plenty of individuals were loitering the grounds. I checked in went to the room and immediately checked out. The halls smell of rancid food and dirty diapers. Every trash can on every floor was overflowing with garbage. Hall way floors dirty dirty and unkempt. Room was dark and paint was bubbling on the walls with mold in the bathroom. Toilet and sink were dirty. Bathtub appeared to be damaged with attempted patchwork to remedy the problem. The pool is closed and it appears to have been closed for some time and appears they have no intention of fixing it. I dont consider myself overly critical and i have stayed in my share of questionable hotels and never complained, but this hotel should absolutely not been advertised on hotels.com the pictures are clearly ai generated or from 30 years ago. This hotel is unclean and unsafe. Id call this place a dump but a refuse transfer station at least has standards

There were only a few coffee supplies available, the hallways from the entrance to the rooms were not clean, the sink and the tissue holder were rusty, and the swimming pool was closed for repairs. This was not disclosed or advertised before my stay.

I arrived later in the evening and walked into a filthy room that had obviously not been cleaned- the bed sheets were all rumpled like someone had just gotten out of the bed. There were a bunch of people hanging around outside and it felt creepy and unsafe after all. No refund since I prepaid. It was so gross- I left and drove an hour to crash on a friend's couch instead of staying.

It serves the basic purpose

For $80 a night, I guess you might be getting what you pay for. But, this hotel is... Really bad. There is absolutely no pool so don't even. Family friendly? Laughable. Not safe. Clean rooms? Also a laugh. I'm not at all joking that it has the feel of a psych ward in decor and with the other clientele.

The hotel is a mess. The room we were in was mostly fine but the hotel as a whole is in rough shape. The parking isn't ideal and the lobby is a dump. The guy working was nice but provided limited assistance. Would never stay here again.

Please don't stay here. No hot water, dirty outdated, thin Towels and run down. Beds were old and saggy.maybe in time it will be fixed up but I do t recommend spending yr money here

Property is very run down and needs refurbishing. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The pictures online were very deceiving and must have been taken years ago. It was overpriced for the condition it is in. I am surprised that Expedia doesn’t police their property listings better.

If I could give negative stars I would. Cleanliness of common areas was lacking. Large noticeable debris on stairs. Running automobile left unoccupied haphazardly across parking lot blocking travel lane. People observed leaning against my vehicle. Unsafe environment. Male front desk clerk made unauthorized and unannounced entry twice into room. Admitted to making entry to check for occupancy. First attempt occurred within approximately 45 min of checking in while in the room. I was in a state of undress. Second time occurred while out for dinner. Do not disturb sign had been placed on outside doorknob. Upon return sign was on vanity. Potential fire risk as there were bbqs on balcony that was also the driveway / front door entrance cover. In the event of a fire, emergency exit from main entrance would have been blocked.
