Bellingham Lodge

Perfectly cromulent room. Clean (with the exception of the hair dryer lol) and comfortable. Breakfast was waffles + cereal / yogurt / oatmeal.

Our stay at Bellingham Lodge was good. It's an older property and the decor is a bit dated but it was clean and convenient. The hallway that we had to walk to our room smelled a little musty but our room smelled fine. The parking spots were a bit tight but we were able to score a parking spot on an end to be able to leave room for a vehicle to park next to us with room between them and the vehicle on their other side. Convenient to the freeway and a short drive to the boardwalk.

The carpets in the room desperately need replacing or at the very least, steaming. Our feet were black whenever we walked in the room without shoes on. The shower was a bit tough to turn on, you have to manhandle the faucet. The staff is friendly, but you cannot make your own waffle during breakfast. You must inform the front desk person to make you a waffle. The breakfast options are: waffle, yogurt cup, instant oatmeal or toast. That is all. Be prepared to go out to eat every morning. Some of the housekeepers make the beds, and some do not. Depends on who is on shift I suppose. Washer costs $3.50 in quarters, and dryer is $2, but you will need to either hang dry everything afterwards or dry it twice, because regardless of the load size, or settings, it will not dry in 1 cycle. Overall, it was fine for what we could afford.

Clean room, Staff, Breakfast Parking central to everything, couldn't really ask for more based on the price. One drawback was the hot tub was out of order.

It is quiet and convenient. Right off the highway- no highway noise. Have used the hot tub there in the past- so looking forward to when they receive the part- to get it going again. After a long drive it really helps my back!

Bellingham Lodge is not fancy, but my room was clean and well-furnished (fridge, microwave, WiFi) and the receptionist was friendly. I wasn't here long enough to use the pool or sauna and and i didn't have breakfast but overall this is an excellent value for the money and conveniently located.

It’s older. Not fancy. But the basics were reliably there. Clean carpet, working AC, comfortable bed, spacious room.

Nice size rooms with enclosed interconnecting hallway. Reasonably clean, but with somewhat worn mattresses and bedding, missing window screens, peculiar side-ways drain shower tubs, broken spa, somewhat awkward parking and other peculiararities, but overall still functional and at a modest price.

The whole building smells musty. The carpet and walls are dirty. The “cafeteria “ is tiny and dirty. The worst breakfast I have ever experienced.
