The price is good, but the environment is not much comfortable. There is no hot water in the shower, when you touch the shower, it seems that the simple heater has a safety hazard of leaking electricity. So that is why the heat water does not work all the time. There has a big noise out of the hotel, the bus station is super noisy.

Location and had AC. It wasn't clean. Everything is very old and lots of broken things in the rooms. Breakfast is average but takes time to refill when empty. Need to change food. It was the same both days we were there. Toaster doesn't work well. The place needs a renovation. WiFi breaks a lot.

First of all the staff were not very polite . The bed was very uncomfortable No hot water in the shower Broken sanitary with bed smell Very bad Wi-Fi Even the trash can in the washroom were broken Bedsheets were dirty They didn’t solve our problem with the water, we had to take cold shower. The breakfast is served very late . We had to leave by 6am And there was no breakfast yet. The freezer in the room was very dirty as well. Had a terrible experience .

The location is really good. All night has got noice from bars, people are screaming in street etc. The breakfast is really weak.

Breakfast was good they did not have parking in lot, so i had to walk 2 blocks with big bags until i found a paid parking in lot to leave my car overnight

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Extremely noisy part of town, really happy I had ear plugs. No hot water and it was cold in Belo Horizonte at the time so I would have liked that for my shower.
